1、口腔器械消毒规范口腔器械消毒规范卫生部关于印发医疗机构口腔诊疗器械 消毒技术操作规范的通知 为进一步加强医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒工作保障医疗质量和医疗安全我部组织有关专家在调查研究的基础上制定了医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒技术操作规范,以下简称规范,现印发给你们请遵照执行并提出以下要求: 一、各级各类医疗机构必须高度重视口腔诊疗器械消毒工作将口腔诊疗器械消毒质量纳入医疗质量和医疗安全管理。本规范实施前开展口腔科诊疗科目服务的医疗机构必须按照规范的要求进行自查和整改工作建立健全并落实有关口腔诊疗器械消毒的各项规章制度切实保证消毒质量达到本规范要求预防和控制因口腔诊疗器械消毒问题导致的医院感染和医源性

2、感染。 二、加强规范的学习和培训工作。开展口腔科诊疗科目服务的医疗机构必须认真组织学习和全面贯彻本规范有关的医院感染管理人员、从事口腔诊疗服务和口腔诊疗器械消毒工作的医务人员应当接受相应培训正确掌握消毒灭菌技术。 三、各级卫生行政部门要加强对医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒工作的监督管理不符合本规范要求的医疗机构不得开展相应的口腔科诊疗科目服务。 二?五年三月三日 enforced thermal insulation starts checking system, issued by the thermal insulation construction before you start to no

9、规范。 第二条 本规范适用于综合医院口腔科、口腔医院、口腔诊所等开展口腔科诊疗科目服务的医疗机构。 第三条 开展口腔科诊疗科目服务的医疗机构必须将口腔诊疗器械的消毒工作纳入医疗质量管理确保消毒效果。 第四条 各级地方卫生行政部门负责辖区内医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒工作的监督管理。 第二章 基本要求 第五条 开展口腔科诊疗科目服务的医疗机构应当制定并落实口腔诊疗器械消毒工作的各项规章制度建立、健全消毒管理责任制切实履行职责确保消毒工作质量。 第六条 从事口腔诊疗服务和口腔诊疗器械消毒工作的医务人员应当掌握口腔诊疗器械消毒及个人防护等医院感染预防与控制方面的知识遵循标准预防的原则严格遵守有关的规章制

See next page flow chart management process. 7.2 General requirements for protective product protection 二、凡接触病人伤口、血液、破损粘膜或者进入人体无菌组织的各类口腔诊疗器械包括牙科手机、车针、根管治疗器械、拔牙器械、手术治疗器械、牙周治疗器械、敷料等使用前必须达到灭菌。 三、接触病人完整粘膜、皮肤的口腔诊疗器械包括口镜、探针、牙科镊子等口腔检查器械、各类用于辅助治疗的物理测量仪器、印模托盘、漱口杯等使用前必须

17、达到消毒。 四、凡接触病人体液、血液的修复、正畸模型等物品送技工室操作前必须消毒。 五、牙科综合治疗台及其配套设施应每日清洁、消毒遇污染应及时清洁、消毒。 六、对口腔诊疗器械进行清洗、消毒或者灭菌的工作人员在操作过程中应当做好个人防护工作。 第八条 医务人员进行口腔诊疗操作时应当戴口罩、帽子可能出现病人血液、体液喷溅时应当戴护目镜。每次操作前及操作后应当严格洗手或者手消毒。医务人员戴手套操作时每治疗一个病人应当更换一付手套并洗手或者手消毒。 第九条 口腔诊疗过程中产生的医疗废物应当按照医疗废物管理条例及有关法规、规章的规定进行处理。 第十条 口腔诊疗区域和口腔诊疗器械清洗、消毒区域应当分开布局

24、hart management process. 7.2 General requirements for protective product protection 第三章 消毒工作程序及要点 第十一条 口腔诊疗器械消毒工作包括清洗、器械维护与保养、消毒或者灭菌、贮存等工作程序。 第十二条 口腔诊疗器械清洗工作要点是: 一、口腔诊疗器械使用后应当及时用流动水彻底清洗其方式应当采用手工刷洗或者使用机械清洗设备进行清洗。 二、有条件的医院应当使用加酶洗液清洗再用流动水冲洗干净,对结构复杂、缝隙多的器械应当采用超声清洗。 三、清洗后的器械应当擦干或者采用机械设备烘干。 第十三条 口腔诊疗器械清洗后

25、应当对口腔器械进行维护和保养对牙科手机和特殊的口腔器械注入适量专用润滑剂并检查器械的使用性能。 第十四条 根据采用的消毒与灭菌的不同方式对口腔诊疗器械进行包装并在包装外注明消毒日期、有效期。采用快速卡式压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌器械可不封袋包装裸露灭菌后存放于无菌容器中备用,一经打开使用有效期不得超过4小时。 第十五条 牙科手机和耐湿热、需要灭菌的口腔诊疗器械 首选压力蒸汽灭菌的方法进行灭菌或者采用环氧乙烷、等离子体等其他灭菌方法进行灭菌。对不耐湿热、能够充分暴露在消毒液中的器械可以选用化学方法进行浸泡消毒或者灭菌。在器械使用前应当用无菌水将残留的消毒液冲洗干净。 第十六条 每次治疗开始前和结束后及时

32、ess. 7.2 General requirements for protective product protection 少回吸污染,有条件可配备管腔防回吸装臵或使用防回吸牙科手机。 第十七条 口腔诊疗区域内应当保证环境整洁每日对口腔诊疗、清洗、消毒区域进行清洁、消毒,每日定时通风或者进行空气净化,对可能造成污染的诊疗环境表面及时进行清洁、消毒处理。每周对环境进行一次彻底的清洁、消毒。 第四章 消毒与灭菌效果监测 第十八条 医疗机构应当对口腔诊疗器械消毒与灭菌的效果进行监测确保消毒、灭菌合格。灭菌效果监测采用工艺监测、化学监测和生物监测。工艺监测包括灭菌物品、洗涤、包装质量合格,灭菌物品放臵灭菌器的方法合格,灭菌器的仪表运行正常,灭菌器的运行程序正常。 第十九条 新灭菌设备和维修后的设备在投入使用前应当确定设备灭菌操作程序、灭菌物品包装形式和灭菌物品重量进行生物监测合格后方可投入使用。在设备灭菌操作程序、灭菌物品包装形式和灭菌物品重量发生改变时应当进行灭菌效果确认性生物监测。灭菌设备常规使用条件下至少每月进行一次生物监测。 第二十条 采用包装方式进行压力蒸汽灭菌或者环氧乙烷
