4、t the seller supported by a survey report issued by an inspection organization agreed upon by both parties with the exception of those claims for which the insurance company and /or the shipping company are to be held responsible. Claim for quality discrepancy should be filed by the Buyer within 15

21、y be found not in conformity with the stipulations of the Contract except those claims for which the insurance company or the owners of the vessel /airline company are liable, the Buyer shall, on the strength of the Inspection Certificate issued by the Inspection Bureau, notify the Seller promptly i

LATE DELIVERY AND PENALTY：迟交货和罚款：In case of delayed delivery ,except for force majeure cases, the Sellers shall pay to the Buyers for every week of delay apenalty amounting to % of the value of the goods whose delivery has been delayed .Any fractional part of a we
