1、公共事业管理本科专业培养计划公共事业管理本科专业培养计划Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Public Affairs Administration一、培养目标Educational Objectives本专业培养具备现代管理理论、技术与方法等方面的知识以及应用这些知识的能力，能在城市邮电、公交、供水、供气、体育、卫生、环保、社会保险等非政府公共机构从事管理工作的高级专门人才。This program prepares students to be specialists with knowledge and skills of management

2、 to embark a career in urban nongovernmental public entities二、基本规格要求Skills Profile本专业学生主要学习现代管理科学等方面的基本理论和基本知识，掌握现代管理理论、技术与方法，接受科学管理方法、管理人员基本素质和基本能力的培养和训练，能从事城市公共事业单位的管理工作，具有规划、协调、组织和决策方面的基本能力。 毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力： 1. 掌握管理学、经济学、社会学等现代社会科学的基本理论和基本知识； 2. 具有适应办公自动化，应用管理信息系统所必需的定量分析和应用计算机的技能； 3. 熟悉我国有关城市管

3、理、城市规划、城市建设等方面的法律法规、方针政策以及制度； 4. 掌握世界及我国现代城市管理的基本方法、技能； 5. 具有较强的社会调查能力、数据的搜集和处理能力、统计分析的能力； 6. 掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法，具有初步的科学研究和实际工作能力。 As a student of this specialty，you will gain： 1. Skills to search documents and data，and abilities to do research and practical work三、培养特色Program Features1. 为未来打下厚实的基础。着眼于未来的发展应当具有的知识结构，重视系统掌握扎实的基础理论和宽厚的专业知识。2. 体现文理交叉和融合。要求学生掌握与本专业相关的数理知识、经济学、社会学、管理学和自然科学技术知识，对公共事业理论知识有比较、深入的理解与把握，并了解学科前沿和发展趋势。3. 以“经世致用”为目标。注重信息技术的训

6、练和公共管理实践能力的培养，要求学生具备从事本专业和相邻专业实际工作和研究工作的素质与能力，包括独立获取知识的能力、运用知识解决实际问题的能力、思辨能力、口头表达能力、写作能力、社会交往能力、管理与组织能力等。1. Lay solid foundation for basic theories and broad professional knowledge for future.
