A number of women are choosing to drop out of the workforce and stay at home with their children, or to find work they can do at home. In spite of the ide

8、al of equality of opportunity, women generally earn less money than men for doing the same work. Minorities often face similar discrimination in the workplace, earning less money than white workers with similar jobs. However, the recent arrival of millions of new immigrants is changing the makeup of
