4、tile, foodstuff, electron, engine industry.2. 性能特点(Capability Characteristic)本加热器是由管状容器、电热元件和导流隔板及温度控制器组成。管状容器按照压力容器标准制造,可承受较高的压力。加热元件使用改性氧化镁粉绝缘,在常温下不吸潮,该加热器具有很大的换热面积,其换热面积为常规加热器的8倍,且具有结构先进、热效率高、机械强度好、耐腐、耐磨等特点。筒体内安装了导流隔板,能使空气在流通时受热充分、均匀。该加热器运行温度低,安全可靠,使用寿命长。该系统适用于对一般气体的加热输送(不包括可燃气体)。低温气体从进气口进入,通过加热单

5、元使气体加热,然后由出气口送出经过加热产生高温气体。加热的气体温度由二次表来根据需要调整。本系统采用两段加热的形式,即其中一段为主加热单元,另一段为控制加热单元。The electric air heater is made up of pipe type vessel, electric organ, flow-guide clapboard and temperature controller. The pipe type vessel is manufactured according to pressure vessel standard, so it can undertake hi

6、gh pressure. Electric organ is using denaturalization magnesia to insulation, so its not absorbing damp under normal temperature. This electric air heater has large heat-exchange area, and other heat area is 8 times to general heater, and has the characteristic like advanced structure, high thermal

7、efficiency, good machine intension, corrosion prevention and wearable. There is flow-guide clapboard installed in tube body, it made air heat sufficiency and equality when currency. The electric air heater has low running temperature, safe and reliable and has long using life. This equipment is suit

8、 for heating and conveying common air (not including flammable air). Low temperature air enter from air inlet, to heat up air through heat unit, and then give high temperature air from air outlet. The temperature of air is adjusted according to instrument. This equipment adopt the form of two heatin

9、g unit, namely, one is main heating unit, the other is control heating unit.注意: 启动时:必须在风机先启动后,才能启动加热装置。停止时:必须先关闭加热装置后,再关闭风机。气化风压力85.0KPa。Notice: Start-up:must be start-up blower before electric air heater device.Stop:must be trun-off electric air heater device before blower. gasify wind pressure85.0

10、KPa3操作使用(operation and using)3.1 首先检查设备的状况是否良好,如一切正常,合上控制箱内的空气开关,此时,电源灯变亮,二次仪表显示当前的温度。 First of all is to check the status of equipment, if everything is in order, so to open circuit-breaker in Control Panel, meanwhile, power light is brighten, the instrument will show the temperature.3.2 按下启动按钮,设备进

11、入运行状态。按下停止按钮,设备将停止运行。Press down start-up button, equipment is running. Press down stop button, equipment is stopping.3.3出气温度由仪表来设定,请在认真阅读操作说明书后,由专业人员来操作。(参考5. 控制参数设定)Air outlet temperature is settled by instrument, it should operated by professional after reading operation specification. 12、5. the setting of controls parameter)3.4在停止风机运行时,必须提前10分钟给出空气电加热装置的停止信号,以避免空气电加热器过热。It must be give a stop signal to Electric air heater 10mins advanced when stop blower running so to avoid equipment is overheat.4检修维护(maintenance and repair)4.1定期检查电路的可靠性,即查看熔断器是否完好;接触器触点是否烧损严重;按钮接触是否可靠;绝缘电阻是否大于2M以上;

13、加热单元的三相电阻是否一致等等。Check-up the reliability of circuit(check the fuse); whether the contactor point is damage severely; button contact is reliable; insulation resistance is above 2M and the three phase resistance of heating unit is in consist, etc. 4.2 系统不启动时,应检查熔断器和按钮的情况。It should check the fuse and b

14、utton when the equipment is not start-up. 4.3 系统加热时温度不上升,可检查加热管是否有烧坏的,再检查一下测温元件是否断线或损坏。It should check whether some heating tube is burned-out when temperature is not go up while equipment is heating, and then check whether the temperature measure organ is break wiring or failure. 4.4 有温度但仪表不显示,可检查测

15、温元件。控制时有时无时,应检查线路是否有虚接现象。It should check the temperature measure organ when instrument has no show but the temperature is up. It should check the circuitry contact when the control is not normally. 5控制参数设定(the setting of controls parameter) 5.1 控制参数的种类 (kind of controls parameter) 在仪表PV测量值显示状态下,按压SE

16、T 键,仪表将进入控制参数设定状态,每按SET键即按下列顺序变换参数(一次巡回后随即回至最初项目)。Under the instrument PV measure display status, press the SET button, the instrument will enter the control parameter setting status, it may transform parameter as following when press SET button ( it will back to the first item when a cycle is end).

20、符号“AL1”,再按一下该键,仪表显示“160”,此值为出厂设定值。在此状态下,可按上、下箭头键修改第一报警设定值,直至满足工艺要求。按压SET键确认设定值正确,并进入下一参数的设定。Under the state of instrument PV showing measure value, press SET button, until the instrument show the first alarm parameter sign“AL1”, press this button again, instrument show”160”, this is the setting valu

28、confirm the setting value is right, and then enter the next parameter setting.5.3设定值加锁的设定(the setting of lock setting value)如欲将设定值加锁,以确保设定参数的安全性,可按压 SET键,直至仪表显示设定参数禁锁符号“CLK”,再按一下该键,仪表显示“00”,此值为出厂设定值(无禁锁状态,设定参数可修改)。在此状态下,可按键修改设定参数禁锁参数值,如按上、下箭头键使CLK00或132,便可进入禁锁状态(设定参数不可修改)。按压SET键确认设定值正确,参数设定完毕。退出参数设定

29、后,仪表将自动按修改后参数进行实时控制。To insure the security of setting parameter, so to lock the setting value, press SET button, till the instrument show the setting parameter unlock sign “CLK”, and press this button again, the instrument show “00”, this is as the setting value when leave factory.(without lock stat

Under this state, it can amend setting parameter lock value, press “up” or “down” button to make CLK00 or 132, so to enter lock state(the setting parameter is not revisable).Press SET button to confirm the setting value is right, the parameter setting is done. Ex

31、it parameter setting, the instrument may go along the control according the parameter amending.注意: 每一参数设定过程都分作二次完成。即:PV先显示参数符号,接下来显示对应于该符号含义的具体参数值。修改参数前,请先确认CLK=00,否则参数将无法修改。设定参数改变后,按SET键该值才被保存,且参数一旦设定,断电后将永远保存。Notice: Every parameter setting process is fulfilled at twice, namely, PV show the parame

32、ter sign, and then show the specific parameter value which is corresponding to this sign. Before amend parameter, confirm CLK=00, otherwise, the parameter is not revisable.The setting parameter is changed, press SET button to save the value.
