And it will describe all functions of this system.It will also include the hardware and software,the systems structure,data structure and so on.

3、The technical proposal will be approved by customer as the technical attachment of the commerce contract.Note:This proposal will just be considered as a reference of choosing supplier for Shanghai YFJC. Its not our designing base. Any details designing for the project will only be carried after the

4、contract is signed. We Rockwell reserve all the changing rights of the design considering of the actual requirements. And we reserve all the rights of the hardware brand and type considering of the actual things during the detail design and engineering operation. Any changes will change the design c

5、ontent. We will notify the buyer (ShangHai YFJC) by written before all the changes. And it will be carried after our negotiation and confirmation. We will invite ShangHai YFJC engineer to our locale factory to test three days on MES. The tests will include all functions that can be tested in the

13、 system function documents confirmed by ShangHai YFJC. System Function3.1 Auxiliary Control on Assembly LineMain Function:Timely alert for production

22、line by indicator light and alerting horn.Operators ask for help by pull switch or button.Prevent unqualified product proceeding to following station by link critical stations.Production rap adjustable on request, and auto control the production line.Instruction:Complete control by one set of Contro

23、l Logix PLC, which can communicated and is linked with assembly line Control PLC itself. Use distributed IO to collect on-spot signal and control equipment such as alerting light, etc.Should certain cases occur during production process and the operator could not solve it on his own, he shall prompt

24、ly press the button or pull the switch to get a timely help from responsible people on spot, who will head for the station. Alerting light flashes automatically while alerting music rings. When the problem is solved, operators will press again the button, indicating that the request is responded. Al

25、erting light will automatically black out.Critical stations on the production line, especially ATLAS torque tightening station, it could be released only on the condition that torque met specific value. Torque procedures could also be elected in light of model information. (Procedure herein refers t

26、o preset parameters of torque control by ATLAS). Actual performance of torque wrench will be recorded into system database for tracking purpose in the future.In this proposal, ordinary station will use pull switch of Rockwell patent as operators input of such signal. Every pull switch is also integr

27、ated with a colored indicator light for indicating status of the station. Rochwell multi-layer alerting light is used on critical station to indicate difference status of each critical station.Control Logix PLC directly controls alerting horn through distributed I/O stations. Totally 8 types of soun

28、d indicate different status of production line.Note:It is strongly suggested that users add additional DeviceNet interface module when applying ATLAS torque tightening equipment. The equipment could be more flexibly controlled with data dealt with in a manner of on-spot bus mastering.It is suggested

29、 to use Rockwells SLC5/05 PLC, integrated with Ethernet, on assembly line control system so as to facilitate communication between CLX PLC and upper system. Installment of on-spot button box shall be considered together with mechanical part design on assembly line to get a unified, reasonable and es

30、thetical effect.3.2 Tracking of WIPMain FunctionDeal with the model information passing down from SGM. Convert the information into production series number of YFJC. Users could be involved in production scheduling and submit to the system seats that are coming on line.Track the complete assembly proc
