8、.During the prepared speech, a staff member will raise a yellow board as a signal that there is half a minute left. Then, at the end of 3 minutes, a red board will be raised to let the speaker know that the time has run out. If your speech is more than 3 minutes ,30 seconds or less than2minutes,30 s

9、econds, youll be deducted score. So, please raise the red board.
