4、1-1所示)。 图1-1 EViews主窗口 在主菜单上依次点击File/New/Workfile，即选择新建对象的类型为工作文件，将弹出一个对话框(如图1-2所示)。 图1-2 选择数据类型:Date - regular frequency (时间序列数据) Unstructured/Undated (截面数据) Balanced panel (面板数据) 因为表中是同一年份中不同地区居民家庭的人均可支配收入与人均消费支出，所以这是截面数据。又因为有31个省份的数据，所以目标数据为31(如图1-3所示)。 图1-3 工作文件对话框 然后点击OK按钮，将在EViews软件的主显示窗口显示相应的

5、工作文件窗口(如图1-4所示)。 图1-4 工作文件窗口 工作文件窗口是EViews的子窗口，工作文件一开始其中就包含了两个对象，一个是系数向量C(保存估计系数用)，另一个是残差序列RESID(实际值与拟合值之差)。 二、输入Y、X的数据 在EViews软件主窗口点击Objects/New Object，对象类型选择Series，并给定序列名(图1-5所示)。 图1-5 创建新对象窗口 再从工作文件目录中选取并双击所创建的新序列就可以展示该对象，选择Edit，/,，进入编辑状态，输入Y(消费支出)、X(可支配收入)数据。呈现相应的工作文件窗口(图1-6所示)。 图1-6 在工作文件窗口中单击所

7、.71461,符合经济理论中的边际消费倾向在0与1之间的绝对收入假说，表明2006年，中国城镇居民家庭人均可支配收入每增加1元，人均消费支出增加0.7146元。 从而可得模型具有较好的相关性。 而根据以上结论当我国人均可支配收入在20000元时根据以上回归方程可以得出这类家庭人均消费支出的预测值:y=281.50+0.7146*20000=14572.6元 此时的=0.970433可决系数较高。所以可行性较大。 (英文版 ) Two regulations promulgated for implementation is in the party in power for a long ti
