9、不专心，没完成作业这些都会引起我的发怒。于是我会在课堂上大声呵斥犯错的学生，只因为觉得这样做会在全班起到震慑作用，却没有去想这个学生会有怎样的感受。也忽略了同样坐在教室中其他的那些满怀期待等老师讲授下一课，他们很好奇的内容的学生。其实，每一个孩子都是可爱的，虽然他们有的可能学习成绩有些差强人意，但他有可能是运动会上的冠军，是劳动中的能手，是他主动送生病的同学去医务室，谁能说他不是个好孩子，又有谁是完美的呢？无意中我读到了一个故事，故事说古代有位老禅师，一日晚上看见墙角边有一张椅子，是哪位出家人违犯寺规越墙出去遛达了。老禅师也不声张，走到墙边，移开椅子，就地而蹲。少顷，果真有一小和尚翻墙，黑暗中

10、踩着老禅师的背脊跳进了院子。当他发觉刚才踏的不是椅子，而是自己的师傅时，惊慌失措，张口结舌。但师傅并没有厉声责备他，只是以平静的语调说：“夜深天凉，快去多穿一件衣服。” 故事深深地打动了我，孩子们对老师是宽容的，只要你对他们付出过爱心，那么你曾经对他们的冷言冷语，暴跳如雷，他们都可以原谅。他们崇拜你、爱你。我又常常想，老师也应该对学生宽容再宽容一些，芸芸众生，各有所长，各有所短，可能他们经常无法克制自己的言行，无法很好地完成学习任务，不一定有辉煌的未来，可是谁说一个平凡的人就比谁低人一等呢？像故事中的那个老和尚，就清楚地知道，宽容是一种无声的教育。虽然书本知识的灌输是很重要的，但是给学生营造一

32、年级的现有的情况，我想从我们六年级全体英语教师将切身做好以下几点工作：1、也是很重要的一点就是抓住课堂教学，不管是哪一门学科，要想有好成绩，课堂教学的质量是最重要的，课后炒冷饭，补的效果当然也有，那肯定会费时费力。在课堂教学方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些无味枯燥的内容，要找易于学生理解的切入点，要想方设法吸引学生。对于所上课的内容自己一定要有个清晰的思路，课后及时反思，你今天教的开心吗？学生学得开心吗？同时对于一些后进生，课堂上千万不要丢掉他们，不理他们，不给他们发言、练说的机会。相反，要像警察一样时常盯着他们，与他们进行目光的交流。因为他们后进，可能有更多的听不懂的地方，而容易开小差，教师的目光以及点名回答，一是提醒他认真听课，同时也是在给他练习的机会。2、课后补差工作，班里总会出现一些个别的差生，不是学习习惯差就是基础差，教师一定要课后花工夫，进行辅导。也根据具体情况制定帮扶计划关心爱护他们，帮助辅导他们，增强他们的自尊心和自信心，培养他们的学习兴
