32、A-RASLD , DWG等标准图形转换接口，可以把其他CAD软件生成的图形转变成本系统的图形文件，实现图形文件共享。建立完模型后选择合理的加工方式，利用MasterCAM的车削、铣削和线切割模块能高效地编制各种数控加工程序，方便快捷地实现图形的雕刻功能。因此利用SolidWorks进行CAD设计，结合MasterCAM进行数控加工，就成为当前模具企业优先选择的CAD/CAM方式，下面以手机盖模具为例，介绍SolidWorks结合MasterCAM9. 0在模具设计和加工方面的应用。2基于SolidWorks的手机盖模具设计SolidWorks软件具有很强的建模功能，利用其拉伸、切除、钻孔、倒角、抽壳、曲线曲面等命令可以完成各种类型的零件设计。2. 1原始设计模型以手机盖例，利用SolidWorks软件选择零件，先选择草图并绘制草图，进行尺寸约束和几何关系约束，然后进行拉伸、切除、钻孔、倒角等生成三维立体图。2. 2手机外壳制作加工(1) SolidWorks手机外壳制作如上面打开零件绘图框，选择“前视”，插入“基准面1，在“等距距离”框中输入“10，建立基准面1,如图1图1基准面建立在“前视面”上绘制椭圆图形，
