3、of the system4.4 系统的维护 7 Maintenance of the systemGYZ-10/26调节润滑油站原理图 Principle diagram of GYZ-10/26 regulation lubrication station1.概述IntroductionGYZ-10/26调节润滑油站是一次风机叶片角度调节装置和一次风机轴承润滑装置的重要组成部分，由泵站、控制阀组、油管路等部件组成。其功能如下：A:为一次风机叶片角度调节装置的调节油缸提供合适的压力油源，B：为一次风机轴承润滑装置提供低压油源，低压系统的安全压力由溢流阀10设定，高压系统的安全压力由溢流阀30

4、设定，高压系统工作压力由一次风机叶片角度调节装置控制；泵站安装在靠近风机的基础上，调节油缸安装在风机调节装置上，泵站高压油用管道连接到调节油缸上，低压油用管道连接到风机轴承装置上，连接管道采用卡套式胶管。GYZ-10/26 regulation,regjulein lubrication,lu:brikein station is an importation componentkmpunnt of vanevein anglegl regulating device and bearing lubrication device of primary air fan, it is compos

The safety pressure of the low-pressure system is set by overflow valve 10, the safety pressure of the high-pressure system is set by overflow valve 30; the working pressure of high-pressure system is set by the vane vein anglegl regulating device of primary air fan. The pump station is installed

7、 near to the base of the air fan, and the regulating oil cylindersilind is installed on the air fan regulating device. High pressure oil pipes are connected to the regulating oil cylindersilind, and low pressure oil pipes are connected to the bearing device of the air fan, the connected pipes use cl

8、ip set rubber tubes.油箱容积1100L，第一次加油量约1000L。采用YB-N46抗磨液压油，油液从回油盖加入，并需经过滤精度20m的过滤机过滤。在调节润滑油站和管路及一次风机全部安装完后，调节润滑油站必须打油循环过滤，当调节润滑油站油液清洁度达到NAS1638标准八级时，调节润滑油站方可投入运行。参见GYZ-10/26调节润滑油站原理图。The capacity of the oil tank is 1100L, the first oil-filling is about 1000L. 10、n. Only when the oil cleanliness of the regulating lubrication oil station reaches NAS1638 standard 8th class, can the regulating lubrication oil station be put into operation. 11、ulating lubrication oil station is used in outdoors, rain-proof shed must be used. 2.液压系统元件说明Hydraulic system components2.1序号1油箱No.1: Oil tank油箱用于储备系统所需的油液，有效容积为1000L，除一次风机叶片角度调节装置外，其余液压元件全部安装在油箱上，油箱侧面装有人孔盖，打开人孔盖可清洗油箱。该油箱为全封闭式结构。Oil tank is used for storing the oil needed by the system, its effectiv

15、油箱中的油液，安装在油箱侧板上。当油箱油温低于15时，启动电加热器加热油液；当油箱油温升至30时，加热器断电，停止加热油液。Model SRY2-240V/3Kw electric heater, its power is 3kw, alternating current 240V/50Hz. The electric heater is used to heat the oil in the oil tank, it is installed on the sideboard of the oil tank. When the oil temperature in the oil tank

The inserted depth is 150mm.2.6序号6液位开关No.6: Liquid level switch液位开关型号701A-F1A-B-A4-XZX373-550。是一种液面高度电发讯控制装置，用于油箱油位报警，安装在油箱盖板上，当液面降至距油箱盖板上表面550mm时，发出低液位报警信号并切断系统电源，停止工作。这时应检查系统并及时补充油液，确保系统正常运行。Model 701A-F1A-B-A4-XZX373-550 liquid level switch. The oil level of the first oil-fill

23、ing should be 150mm under the surface of oil tank cover.2.9序号9低压油泵电机组No.9: Low-pressure oil pump motor set低压油泵电机组由电动机、齿轮泵、联轴器和钟形罩组成，齿轮泵型号CB-B32，电动机型号Y100L1-4-B5。齿轮泵和电动机通过联轴器和钟形罩联接，保证了齿轮泵与电动机间的同轴度。齿轮泵压力等级2.5MPa，电动机功率2.2kW，电压415V/50Hz,转速1430r/min，低压液压系统额定流量32L/min，工作压力0.4Mpa，压力表13-1号测点显示该压力。旋转方向从泵轴端看为

The pressure class of the gear pump is 2.5Mpa, the motor power is 2.2 kW, the voltage is 415V/50Hz, the rotationrutein speed is 1430r/min, the rated flow of low-pressure hydraulic system is 32L/min, the working pressure is 0.4Mpa, the pressure gaugegei

It is oil damper shock proof pressure gaugegeid, the connector is M20X1.5, the detection scope is 0-1Mpa.
