2、s already so delivered。 The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes when the goods are on board the vessel， and the buyer bears all costs from that moment onwards。Free on board意思为卖方将货物运送至买方指定的起运港,指定的船上并交付货物。当货物装船时，货物丢失或损坏的风险从卖方转移至买方.并且从该时刻起，买方将支付之后的费用。The seller is required either to deliver t
