21、n.CIFS local server is running.2.3创建volume通过Telnet或串口，用命令行方式创建卷vol create -r disks例，创建名为vol1的卷，RAID组最大为8，包含2块盘vol create /vol/vol1 r 8 2使用vol status r 命令观察初始化进程通过Web界面创建卷在浏览器中输入，根据提示输入用户名密码从右侧窗口Volume?Add在New Volume Name栏中填写新建卷名 vol1在Raid Group Size中填写RAID组的大小 8在Language中选择Simplified Chinese(GBK)选择A

24、.1.3Report 显示Filer目前配置及使用情况，如 Uptime, Network Interfaces, Disk Usage, System Configuration 等信息3.1.4Syslog Messages 这里是系统的syslog messages 信息，里面会记录系统运行时产生的一些信息，特别是一些系统的报错信息，这些信息非常重要，对于发现各种问题有很大帮助，Netapp Technical Support 也需要这些信息，最好每天都查看一下这里的信息3.1.5Use Command Line 在这里可以使用FilerView自带的telnet 工具，方便你管理时使用

25、Data Ontap系统的命令。注意： a. The console and Telnet share a single session. Commands typed at eitherlocation are echoed to the other location. Messages are displayed at bothlocations. b. Commands entered at the console or through a Telnet session can be abortedby pressing Ctrl-C. 3.1.6Configure Syslog 配置

26、syslog 包括哪些信息，存放在那个文件中上述两图表示：a. 所有的 err 信息（包括等级比err高的信息）存放在文件 /etc/ （在 Filer 的root volume中）b所有的 info 信息（包括等级比error高的信息）存放在文件 /etc/messages （在 Filer 的root volume中）以下是各种信息的等级，从高到低： EMERG - priority 1, immediate response ALERT - priority 2, less than two hours response CRIT - priority 3, next business

27、day ERR - priority 3, next business day WARNING - priority 4, 2 business days NOTICE - priority 5, informational, no response expected INFO - priority 5, informational, no response expected3.1.7Configure File System 配置文件系统 Map NT Administrator to root ： 是否将NT 的 Administrator 用户映射到 root 用户（默认为 No）Def

29、tosupport 的信息，使autosupport 邮件能够发送到Netapp Technical Support 中心和你指定的邮箱中Mailhosts ：邮件主机From : 指定发送邮件的发送者，Netapp 的回复邮件将发送到这个邮箱To ： autosupport邮件的接收者 （最多5 个）Note To ：简短的抄送邮件的接收者 （最多5个）配置完成之后，请务必点击 “ Apply”按钮来应用配置。3.1.9Test AutoSupport 测试上述的Autosupport配置是否能成功发送autosupport 邮件3.1.10Set Date and Time 设置日期和时间
