2、,单纯通过借助情感手段影响他人。2、有针对性地将所讲述的内容与别人的兴趣和利益联系起来或同时采用多种方式影响他人。3、运用复杂的策略影响他人或通过微妙的幕后操作使别人接受自己的观点。高水平的影响力是建立在一定的人际理解力和组织意识的基础上的。主动性、思维能力以及关系建立等素质为影响力提供支持。点评:影响力的核心在于采取怎样的手段或策略去说服别人并使别人接纳自己的观点;面试过程中应关注当客户或他人不支持自己的观点或意见有争议时,通过什么方式和渠道一步步地去引导对方;影响力的高低要与最后的结果相结合,目标的难度、影响方式的技巧性是决定影响力级别的重要因素。 Questions in Categor

10、成就导向表现为个人关注后果、效率、标准,并追求改进产品或服务,在组织中力求资源使用最优化。成就导向是企业家精神中最重要的成份。等级判断:0、工作得过且过,不尽力达到优质标准。1、努力将工作做得更好,或达到某个优秀的标准。2、为自己设立富有挑战性的目标,并为达到这些目标而想法设法提高销售业绩或提高服务质量。3、在仔细权衡代价和利益、利与弊的基础上作出有利于公司利益的决策。点评:成就导向的根本是希望能把工作做得更好,为自己设定一个具有挑战性的目标而努力地达到它。面试中注重追问应聘者当时的想法及为什么要这样想,是否考虑过要满足并超过既定目标?为达到所期望的目标是否肯冒一定风险?判断成就导向的高低要与
