1、医院污水处理情况调研报告 医院污水处理情况调研报告“MsoNormal” style=“ align=“center”xx市医院污水处理情况调研报告 “MsoNormal” style=“ 为了摸清xx市医院污水污染状况，污水处理设施建设、运行情况，为改进全市医院污水排污状况，保证顺利实现“五创”工。xx市环境监测中心站抽调专业技术人员组成调研小组，采取现场抽查、问询，实地监测等多种方式，按照分类调查的原则，对xx市污水处理状况良好、一般、差的10家医院进行实地调研。根据医疗机构水污染物排放标准、污水综合排放标准、医院污水处理技术指南的有关要求，结合我站历年来掌握的监测数据，现对我市医院污水处

2、理情况调研分析如下： 一、医院污水的来源及危害 根据医院各部门的功能、设施和人员组成情况不同，产生污水的来源主要有二类：一是诊疗室、化验室、病房、洗衣房、X光照像洗印、动物房、同位素治疗诊断、手术室等排水；二是医院行政管理和医务人员、食堂、单身宿舍、家属宿舍等排放的生活污水。医院污水中主要污染物是：药物、消毒剂、诊断用剂、洗涤剂，以及大量病原性微生物、寄生虫卵及各种病毒。另外，设有同位素诊疗室的医院污水中还含镭226、磷、金198、碘131等放射性物质。由于不同性质医院产生的污水不同，不同部门科室产生的污水成分和水量也不相同，所以医院污水较一般生活污水来源及成分更为复杂，具有空间污染、急性传染
