1、HXD3c型机车常见故障应急处理HXD3c型机车常见故障应急处理1、 升不起弓 1、 检查升弓气路风压是否高于500Kpa，如低于此值应扳动受电弓扳键开关SB41(SB42)置于“前”或“后”位，辅助风泵会一直打风，当风压达到735Kpa时，辅助风泵打风停止。或按一下辅助风泵打风按钮(在制动柜上)，手动打风。( 注意检查U43.13塞门是否开启，水平位置开启) 2、检查管路柜内升弓阀是否在升弓位置，此阀门是一个蓝色钥匙，阀门打开时，钥匙处于垂直位置，蓝色钥匙拔不出来，如钥匙能拔下说明升弓阀在断开位置(即钥匙处于水平 位置)，应将钥匙旋转90度，此时能听得空气流动声音。 3、检查升弓塞门U98，

2、应置于打开位置。 4、检查控制电器柜上的各种电器开关位置，应置于正常闭合位置，如有跳开现象，请检查确认后，合上开关。 5、将微机显示屏翻到检修状态下信号输入输出画面，合升弓开关，观察501(601)、515(615)或514(614)、425颜色，绿色为正常;其中501(601)为电钥匙，515(615)、514(614)为升弓开关前弓和后弓，425为主断接地开关。如在1端按下前弓开关，501、515、425为绿色，同时514、427为黑色。427为1端受电弓隔离开关信号。 6、检查主断控制器，将其上面的开关置于“断”位置，如能升起弓，说明主断控制器故障，应予以更换。 1 7、检查升弓滑板上调

3、压阀是否被关闭。 2、 主断合不上 1、检查SA75开关，置“正常”位 2、 检查QS3、QS4、QS10、QS11库用转换开关，处于正常位。 3、检查闭合主断气压正常(升弓风缸压力足以保证KP58的信号470合，初次合主断气压为680Kpa)，检查U94置开启位。 4、检查司控器主手柄处于“0”位。 5、检查两端司机室操纵台上的紧急按钮，应该在弹起位。 6、检查半自动过分相按钮在正常弹起位。 3、 提牵引主手柄，无牵引力 1、 确认已经升弓、合主断。 2、 确认各风机启动完毕。 3、 确认停车制动在缓解位，操纵台停车制动红色指示灯应熄灭。 4、 确认不在动力切除状态( 即1804无电)。 5

4、、 确认监控未发出卸载信号( 即962有电)。 4、 油泵故障处理 当2个油泵有一个故障时，先断合几次故障油泵的空气自动开关，如能恢复继续运行，如仍有故障，TCMS检测到信号后会自动将相应的三组变流器隔离， 即切除一个转向架的动力。当出现这种故障时，牵引、制动力将降低一半。 5、油流继电器故障处理 出现油流继电器故障后，TCMS处理同上。当确认是油流继电器故障2 后，而非是油泵故障。可打开车下置于主变压器上的接线盒，将其短接(即将356与538短接或356与638短接)，短接后应注意观察相应油泵的运行情况，用手摸2个复合冷却器的油温，观察维持运行。 6、 油温高继电器动作处理 当油温高继电器动

5、作后，机车无牵引力、电制动力输出。未查清原因前，禁止做任何处理。司机在巡检、停车、换端时应用手摸法经常检查油温。只有在确认确实是油温高继电器本身误动作，才可进行处理，处理方法:打开车下位于主变压器上的接线盒，将其中438拆除，并做绝缘包扎好，观察维持运行。 7、 牵引风机故障处理 当一组风机故障时，可断合几次相应的空气自动开关，同时TCMS会自动将相应的一组CI切除，即主变流器6组中有一组不工作，机车保持5/6的牵引力，可完成一般的牵引任务。 8、牵引风机风速继电器故障处理 当一组风机风速继电器故障时， TCMS会自动将相应的一组CI切除，即主变流器6组中有一组不工作，机车保持5/6的牵引力，

6、可完成一般的牵引任务。当确认是继电器故障，而非是风机故障时，可将风速继电器上的2根线短接，恢复正常的牵引、制动力，观察维持运行。 9、冷却塔风机故障处理 当一组冷却塔风机故障时，可断合几次相应的空气自动开关，如确实故障，只在TCMS显示器上报故障，机车仍能继续工作。注意:虽然能正常工作，但变压器油温会逐渐升高，最终会因为油温高而停止动力3 输出。司机可根据牵引吨位、行走路程以及油温升高的情况采取相应的措施。 10、主变流器CI整流、逆变组件故障处理 当机车在重载情况下牵引或是制动时，可能发生此故障。当故障发生时，在司机室能听到机械间里有很大的“放炮”声音，主断路器跳开，司机室机TCMS屏显示相

7、应的主变流器CI故障。 此时应将司控器主手柄回“0”位，按“复位”按钮，再合主断，如能合上主断，手柄能提到位，观察牵引电机牵引力，发现一个及一个以上电机无牵引力，则根据牵引吨数来确定是否继续牵引或是将整列车维持运行到下一个车站。如合不上主断，或是提手柄后就跳主断，应立即隔离相应的故障CI，再合主断就能合上，然后提手柄。其他方法同上。 11、主变流器接地故障处理 当一组主变流器出现接地时，TCMS会发出跳主断的指令，同时TCMS显示屏会显示相应的一组接地。此时应将司控器主手柄回“0”位，按“复位”按钮 ，再合主断，如能合上主断，手柄能提到位，观察牵引电机牵引力，如正常说明是误报故障。如发现一个及

8、一个以上电机无牵引力，则根据牵引吨数来确定是否继续牵引或是将整列车维持运行到下一个车站。如合不上主断，或是提手柄后就跳主断，应立即隔离相应的CI，然后就能合上主断、提手柄。其他方法同上。 12、牵引电动机过流故障处理 当牵引电动机过流发生时，TCMS显示屏显示故障。TCMS会根据过流时间的长短发出是否跳主断的信号，有时跳，有时不跳。如不跳主4 断，将司控器主手柄回“0”位，按“复位”按钮，再提手柄就正常了。如跳主断， 应将司控器主手柄回“0”位，按“复位”按钮方法，合主断，如能合上主断，手柄能提到位，观察牵引电机牵引力，如正常说明故障消除。如合不上主断，或是提手柄后就跳主断，应立即隔离相应的C

9、I，然后就能合上主断、提手柄。其他方法同上。 13、牵引电动机接地故障处理 当牵引电机接地时，TCMS会发出跳主断的命令，同时显示屏会显示相应的故障。此时将司控器主手柄回“0”位，按“复位”按钮，如能合上主断，手柄能提到位，观察牵引电机牵引力，如发现一个及一个以上电机无牵引力，则根据牵引吨数来确定是否继续牵引或是将整列车维持运行到下一个车站。如合不上主断，或是提手柄后就跳主断，应立即隔离相应的CI，然后就能合上主断、提手柄。其他方法同上。 14、电机转速传感器故障处理 当机车正常运行时，出现空转严重，影响牵引任务，这是电机转速传感器信号没有正常传送到TCMS中去，可能是传感器本身故障，也可能是

10、传输线路问题。处理办法是将空转的(或是6路中唯一不空转的)那一路CI进行隔离，即切除一个电机，也就切除了故障的转速传感器，机车保留5/6牵引力可继续完成牵引任务。 15、充电电源投入情况检查(非常重要) 本车有2套充电电源，由TCMS控制分单、双日轮流自动投入，当一组故障时，另一组自动投入，属于无缝转换，并且不报故障。当2组电源都故障时，才能被发现，但此时已经晚，机车蓄电池已不能支持很5 长时间。为了确保机车出库时2组电源都工作正常，需进行以下操作:升弓、合主断，让PSU自动启动，查看哪一组工作，然后在TCMS显示屏上修改日期，修改成非当天的奇偶数(比如日期为31日，应改为30日或2日等，不能

11、改成1日)。分主断、降弓，断总电源30秒后再重新进行以上操作，查看是否是另一组PSU工作，如果是则正常。将日期改为正常日期，重复以上操作即可。如果仍是原来的一组PSU工作，则说明另一组PSU已经故障，应立即修理，排除故障。 16、大、小闸操作异常处理 在机车出库及中途接车时，应查看司机室内制动控制显示屏(LCDM)中的各种功能设置，应符合机车运用状态。当大、小闸不能缓解时，应查看制动控制显示屏(LCDM)上部的信息提示，再查看下部的具体解决方法，按照操作说明进行操作，问题将得到有一一解决。当机车出现惩罚制动(即监控发出的常用和紧急制动)和来自按钮的紧急制动时，在操作上更应按照制动控制显示屏(L

12、CDM)上的操作说明进行操作，同时必须遵守操规中关于制动方面的要求。 17、各种电气故障不能复位、不能解决的处理 本机车是微机与网络控制的电力机车，多数故障能通过复位、TCMS显示屏隔离得到解决，当故障在短时间内多次发生，微机会封锁相应的回路，包括主回路、辅助回路等，使机车不能完成正常的牵引工作。当出现这种故障时，就必须断开微机的电源，让微机复位。采取方法就是断开蓄电池的总电源，而且要保持30秒以上，然后重新合上，故障就会消失。但机车在行驶中，断开蓄电池总电源，列车管将以常用最大减6 压量减到0。操作此开关时一定要注意，必须遵守操规中的要求。 7 (英文版 ) Two regulations
