1、Go for it八年级英语上册Go for it八年级英语上册 Unit4 How do you get to school(Section A)教学设计本课题是人教版 Go for it八年级英语上册Unit4 How do you get to school(Section A)的教学设计。其指导思想是依据新课标,通过促动学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养的整体发展来培养学生综合语言使用水平。根据新课标所提倡的“面向全体学生,为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础”的理念,本课设计为一个用环游地球80天这个经典故事将交通方式的教学串起来的过程。因为这个故事的广为人知和其

2、本身故事情节的吸引力,能最大水准地调动所有学生的兴趣,使其乐于参与教学活动成为教学的主体。同时通过跨文化意识的渗透,使学生拓宽了视野、了解了世界,情感也得到了升华。2.教材分析: 本课主是要谈论如何到达某个地方(talk about how to get to places),涉及到交通工具(transportation)、行程距离(how far)和所花费的时间 (how long)。本课的教学内容以Section A部分为主:SectionA1a-1c(P19)主要是引入新句型How do you get to school?以学生熟悉的日常生活来教授和操练此句型的不同人称形式(第二和第三

3、人称)。在2a-2d(P20)中,首先以数字作为教学铺垫,以便教授新句型How long does it take? 在3a-3b-4(P21)中,在复习how do you get to .? 和how long does it take?的基础上,引入How far is it from . to .? 以一篇小短文和一个对话来操练和巩固此三个主要句型。第4部分是一个Info gap race (信息沟比赛),让学生在具体情境中来操练这三个句型。3.学情分析:对于八年级第一学期的学生来说,在经过小学和七年级一年的英语学习,已经具备了一定的英语基础。他们已经掌握了简单数字,一般现在时态,时间

4、的表达, 对世界各国情况的也有些粗略的了解等,这些对于学生学习本课相关交通,行程距离和花费时间都很有协助。但因为学生在小学所学的交通工具的介词表达法,如:by bus/train, car./on foot.印象深刻,使用度较高。因为思维定式和先入为主的心理,这些知识可能会对本课的交通工具动词词组表达法,如:take the bus/train/car/walk等的学习产生负迁移和干扰。所以学生在口语和书面表达时很容易犯语言错误,如:I by bus to school.同时因为对It takes 表示花时间的句型的take的理解偏差,学生也很容易写出 “ I take 30 minutes”

5、这样的句子。还有就是对于路程距离中以百,千位数字的表达,部分学生也难以一时熟练掌握。4、教学目标设计:(一)语言知识目标1.能准确使用how引导的特殊疑问句, 如:How do you get to school? How long does it take? How far I it? 2. 能熟练使用表达使用不同的交通工具句型,掌握与之相关的短语, 如:walk, take the bus/train/subway/, by boat/bus/train/plane, ride a bike/3. 复习基数词并能准确地使用时间和距离的表示方法,如:ten minutes, thirty-f

6、ive minutes4. 能掌握并使用以下词汇:how long, how far, get to, bicycle, subway, car, train, bus stop, train station, bus station, subway station, minute, kilometer, mile, transportation.(二)语言技能目标1. 能对交通方式实行问答,如:How do you /they/we get to ? I walk/take the bus/train/subway/ to school.How does he/she go to?

About six kilometers/ nine miles.2 教学难点(1) 准确区别并熟练使用交通工具的动词表示法(如:walk, take the bus/train/subway/)和介词表示法(如:by boat/bus/train/plane, ride a bike/)。 这是因为学生在小学所学的(by+交通工具)的介词表达交通方式印象深刻。所以

10、在表达时很容易犯口头语言错误, 很容易说出I by bus to school.这样的句子。(2)熟练使用It takes 的句型来表示花费时间。因为在七年级学过spend表达花费时间,对于It takes 的句型还很陌生,需强化训练。 (3)学会用百、千数字的表达较远的路程距离。虽然七年级已多次学到基数词但都是百位以下的数字。在本节课中因为教学需要,百、千位以上的数字需要用到,能够作为课外拓展知识来教学,但有一部分学生很难一时熟掌握。 6.教学策略与手段:本课采用“任务型”的教学模式,让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。在学习过程中实行情感

11、和策略调整,以形成积极的学习态度,促动语言实际使用水平的提升。 本课采用的教学方法有:1)情景教学法,设置“重游世界80天”的教学情景,使学生身临其境,将具体生动的形象展示给学生,使教学在生动活泼的情景中实行,提升学生兴趣。2)多媒体辅助教学法。使用多媒体来辅助教学并贯穿整个教学过程。这样增加了直观性和趣味性,增大了课堂密度,提升了教学效果。3)合作学习法,让学生展开小组合作调查活动,培养学生的合作意识。4)小组竞赛法和游戏法,激活课堂气氛,提升学生兴趣。使用交际法,设置情境,让学生展开自由的语言交流。 本课的教学手段主要以多媒体来辅助教学。1)学生课前准备:让学生课前阅读或查阅环游世界80天
