20、责人及卫生负责人应按照中华人民共和国传染病防治法和突发公共卫生事件应急条例的要求及时向卫生行政部门报告。 (一)生活饮用水遭受污染或饮水污染所致的传染病的流行和中毒; (二)公共用品用具和卫生设施遭受污染所致的传染性疾病和皮肤病; (三)意外事故所致的:氯气中毒、C0中毒(包括煤气中毒)、C02中毒、 红眼病(指游泳池引起的流行性结膜炎)等中毒事件; (四)室内空气不符合卫生标准所致的虚脱休克。 四、发生卫生突发事件时，应立即停止响应的经营活动，及时抢救中毒人员(事件病人)，并负责保护好事故现场。 五、积极配合卫生行政部门(卫生监督机构和疾病预防控制机构)，进行现场事故调查，控制事故蔓延。 六
