20、od of t/t.合同签订之后，卖方在3个工作日内由第一流银行开出不可撤销的履约保函，金额为总货款金额的2%；买方收到履约保函，在7个工作日内由中国的银行开出不可撤销、可转让，确认信用证，金额为总货款的100%，从开证之日起60天内有效，信用证应在卖方银行柜台95%付款交单。剩余的5%货款，在货物到达目的港，买卖双方以卸货港ciq 检验报告结果来结算。pb开立一次信用证，pb将自动积极一次启动信用证。出具ciq报告10个工作天内，买卖双方以t/t方式结算尾款。 required for payment付款所需单证：(1) signed commercial invoice indicatin
