1、全自动苹果削皮机的设计 毕 业 设 计题目 苹果去皮机设计与研究 系 别 专 业 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 职 称 201 年 月 日摘 要目前我国的苹果生产很好，但和西方国家仍有较大的差距在加工方面，尤其是在自动化加工方面存在着相当大的距离。苹果基本食材的剥皮属于苹果基本食材的一个基本深加工制作的工艺之一。 现在尽管苹果基本食材的剥皮作业已经慢慢的开始可机械化的基本生产作业，但相对而言其劳动作业的基本密集强度比较的大，生产作业的基本效率比较的低。现阶段我国有的苹果剥皮设备还存在着挺多问题，例如大型设备体积过于庞大，在加工过程中容造成苹果的污染，而且不适合小型企业的加工生产，此外还有一些设备

2、需要人工将所有苹果挨个插到固定针上固定，不小心的时候会造成使用者的基本伤害。在此次设计中我们设计了一种关于摩擦原理的小型苹果剥皮的机械设备，不再需要人工将所有苹果逐一插到固定针上固定了。本文设计的机器设备主要由传动作业机构、存储作业机构和电气作业机构予以组成，苹果基本食材从进料位置口进入到基本的机器设备里面，通过电机结构部件、减速器结构部件的基本驱动滚动电刷结构部件的旋转类型的基本摩擦作业，从而满足对苹果基本食材的剥皮作业的基本的目的。这此的基本设计研究的对现有机器设备的相关数据予以一定的基本分析研究，结合真实的作业情况完成了苹果基本市场的去皮机机器设备的总体结构设计，苹果基本说过的去皮机器设
