1、大学英语六级考试阅读理解主讲人:钟华(副教授)大学英语教学大纲要求 n大学英语教学的目的是:“培养学生具有较强的阅读能力和一定的听、说、写、译能力,使他们能用英语交流信息”n“较强的阅读能力”包括阅读速度和阅读理解两个方面。n阅读速度:阅读语言难度较高的一般性题材的文章,速度达到每分钟70词;n阅读理解:能顺利阅读语言难度较高的一般性题材的文章,掌握中心大意以及说明中心大意的事实和细节,并能就文章的内容进行分析、推理、判断和综合概括,领会作者的观点和态度。大学英语六级考试大纲要求n阅读理解部分测试学生通过阅读获取信息的能力,既要求准确,又要求有一定的速度。n具体测试学生下列阅读能力:n既能理解
2、个别句子的意义,也能理解上下文的逻辑关系;n既能理解字面的意思,也能理解隐含的意思;n既能理解事实和细节,也能理解所读材料的主旨和大意;n能就文章的内容进行判断、推测和信息转换。大学英语六级考试简介n由四篇阅读理解短文(平均长度为每篇360词)和20道阅读理解题组成,考试时间为35分钟。n总阅读量:1400词(短文)+1000词(题目)=2400词n 阅读速度:2400词 35分钟=69词/分钟注意:不包括答题所需的思考时间六级考试成绩为何不够理想?n阅读速度跟不上n阅读短文时“只见树木不见森林”(85%的试题考察对短文主题和中心思想的理想,只有15%的试题涉及细节)n不熟悉出题和解题思路六级
