13、it is possible to start implementations, which means: Porting of Windows Clients built as localizations, extensions, customizationsA central porting team will help out with the porting and support work. All projects running IFS Enterprise Explorer must due to that be sanctioned by ARRG (Aurora Rollo

Please contact the ARRG representative before starting any IFS Enterprise Explorer implementations. 1.4.1 General Limitations in IFS Enterprise ExplorerIFS Enterprise Explorer introduced in Foundation1 7.5 SP4 includes most of the functionality recognized from IFS Windows Client

IFS Enterprise Explorer includes the following limitations: Development of new Application Forms is currently only supported by porting IFS Windows Clients. o Note: IFS Enterprise Explorer development tools includes the IcePorter product, 2009 Ice Tea Group. IcePorter is licensed for use on comput
16、ers under the control of the IFS group to convert IFS Applications code and customizations. Usage of IcePorter on computers outside IFS group or converting non-IFS Application code and customizations is a license agreement violation. 23、pport pages on the WIS Web With the complementary patches delivered according to the Aurora Rollout plan ( a possibility to upgrade old Saved Queries to Saved Searches will be available. No other parts of the user profile in IFS Windows Client will be possible to upgrade to IFS Enterprise Explorer.D
24、ue to upcoming changes in the user profile storage format, some settings saved in the IFS Enterprise Explorer will be reset when applying coming complementary patch sets. Selections and output channel profile settings will be lost. Saved Searches now created in the IFS Enterprise Explorer are not gu
