2、mbula nee services would be such cases as severe head injuries, amputati ons, heart attacks, etc.需要救护服务的病例有例如头部严重受伤、截肢、心脏病发作等。Should ambula nee service be n ecessary, the followi ng procedures should be take n immediately. 女口果需要救护服务，应立即采取以下步骤：1、 Con tact first aid atte ndant or n earest employee pro

5、y un til final diag no sis and other releva nt in formatio n is obta in ed. 由一名指定的代表随 受伤员工去医疗机构并在医疗机构陪护直到获得了最终诊断和其他相关信息。9.2Perso nal Heat Stress Protectio n 人员热应力保护（可能是放烫）被火焰、化学品等干热所伤称烧伤，被沸水、沸汤、蒸汽所伤称烫伤。风电场在机组大小修、设 备改造、日常生产维护等工作时，均有可能接触高温物体。因现场实际需要进行作业时，由于安全生 产管理出现漏洞，安全技术措施不完备，危险点分析和控制措施执行不到位，员工安全意识不

6、强，自 我保护不够，出现习惯性违章，劳动保护设施不完善等原因，均可能导致烧伤烫伤事件的发生，威胁 人身安全。9.2.1 应急处置基本原则 烧伤烫伤的救治原则是及时报告、尽快抢救、专业救治、严防感染。9.2.2烧伤烫伤事件的预防1、认真执行热力机械工作票制度及危险点分析和预控措施。2、认真落实作业安全技术措施。3、作业人员应穿合适的工作服和使用合格的劳保防护用品。9.2.3烧伤烫伤事故应急救援基本要点1、当发生烧伤烫伤事件后，现场人员应及时将烧伤烫伤人员脱离危险区域，同时向应急日常管理办 公室汇报，办公室人员接到通知后，迅速向应急领导小组组长汇报 ,由应急领导小组组长根据事故情况宣布启动相应级别

7、预案，并及时向公司汇报。2、烧伤的急救主要包括降温及保护患处。如果烧伤后皮肤尚完整，应尽快使局部降温。如将其置于 水龙头下冲洗，这样会带走局部组织热量并减少进一步损害。(1)如果患者烧伤处已经起了水疱， 应该保护局部或降温。 用干净的水冲洗患处时， 注意不要刺破或擦 破水疱以防止感染。若伤处肿胀，应去掉饰物，连续用冷水冲洗伤处。然后用不带黏性的敷料或潮湿 的、最好是消毒垫子轻覆水疱之上，除非水疱很小，否则一定要将患者送往医院。(2)如果患者的衣服和患处有黏连时， 应该用剪刀将患处周围的衣服剪开， 尽可能让患处暴露出来， 用 清洁的纱布轻轻覆盖。(3)对于火烧伤 : 如果衣服着火，应注意不能跑动

8、以免煽起火焰。用大毯子、衣服、抹布或类似物覆盖 大火。当衣服已经烧着时，应将衣服脱去，但要留下与身体黏着的部分。用潮湿被单或类似物将伤者 包裹，送医院检查；如果皮肤已经烧坏，要用干净的垫子覆盖其上以保护伤处，减少感染危险。如果 患者烧伤的程度十分严重，有些皮肤已经出现炭化的迹象，不要触动患处，以免因处理过多，造成患 处的二次损伤。(4)对于液体烧伤： 烫伤是由烫的液体引起的烧伤， 首先要用冷水冲走热的液体， 并局部降温 10 分钟， 并用干净、潮湿的敷料覆盖。如果口腔烫伤，由于肿胀可能影响呼吸道，因此急救一定要快，使患者 脱离热源，置于凉爽处，并保持稳定的侧卧位，等待救援。(5)对于化学品烧伤

9、：当化学品(硫酸、火碱等)烧伤皮肤时，应马上用干毛巾将残留在化学物轻轻除 去，然后用大量的冷水冲洗。但对硫酸等能够和水起剧烈的化学反应的化学物，不可直接用水冲洗。924应急物资与装备保障必要的烧伤烫伤救治药品。925后期处置现场作业人员应配合医疗人员做好受伤人员的紧急救护工作， 应急办公室人员应做好现场的保护、 拍照、事故调查等善后工作。9.3Equipme ng 施工机具All mach inery for the con structi on provided by project departme nt must be in spected before en teri ng the s

11、Inspection 检查1、 After equipme nt arrives on site, it shall be in spected by specific pers on and con firmed beforeoperatio n. Before the operator uses the mach inery for the work, it is n ecessary to check and confirm the machinery is in good conditions机具设备到达现场后， 由项目部专职管理人员进行检查确认并登记， 然后发放使用。2、 Inspe

12、ction shall be based on checklist( see attachments below) and recorded 检查应按机具设备检 查表的内容(见下附)进行，并做好记录。3、 Specific person of Project Management Dept. shall inspect equipment every month and equipment in spect ion report filled in. Equipme nt operator shall in spect equipme nt daily 项目部专职管理人员应每月 对所有设备进行

13、一次检查，并填写好机具设备检查报告。设备操作者负责每天进行日常检查。4、 Any defect shall be marked on check list. If the defect does no harm to normal operation and safety, the equipme nt can be used after con firmatio n.任何缺陷必须在检查表上注明。 如果缺陷不足以影响操作 安全，经确认许可后，方可继续使用。5、 If defect may bring about non-safety operation or regulation violat

17、 tools, or use Type n tools which have leakage current protection. The safety isolate transformer which used for the Type 川 tools should be kept outside of the workplace. At least one leakage current protector which used for the Type n tools should be kept outside of the workplace. Only the cable re

18、el which has leakage current protection function allowed entering the workplace. 22、g machines shall be reported to NRL before using. Park them on the parking lots of Road to wait for inspection. Only after they proved to be qualified, entry into site is allowed. Inspection them and replace labels monthly.所有大型吊装设备必须提前申报 NRL并停放在路上的停车区域待检，合格后方可入场使用。并每个月检查更换合格标签。12、 All Mechanical Veh

23、icle shall be equipped with reverse signal alarms, as appropriate. Any equipment with an obstructed view to the rear must have a flagman. 所有机动车辆都应该有倒车信号报 警。如果设备后面的视线被遮住，必须有信号员指挥。All cracked and broken glass shall be replaced before bringing vehicles on the Work site. If glass is broken or damaged on

26、.所有的特种设备必须出具合格证书和检测报告， 并经NRL检测合格后方可进入现场使用。9.3.2.Safety device 安全装置1、 All equipment as safety technical regulation shall be equipped with necessary safety device 所有的 机具设备按照安全技术规定要求配备必要的安全装置。2、 Safety device inspection shall be comprised in the daily inspection and monthly inspection. 安全装 置的检查应包括在日常检查

27、和月度检查范围内。3、Any safety device lacking of accessory or with defects will not be allowed to operate 安全装置不全 或损坏的机具设备一律不得使用。9.3.3.Operator 操作者1、 All operators shall be trained and understand equipment s function, operation and safetyrequirement所有机具设备的操作者应经过培训， 并熟悉机具设备的性能、操作方法和安全技术要求。2、 Operator shall tak
