3、外无构成影响的障碍物。The deadweight of PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)is 75t and the total weight of equipment to be lifted is 77t(including the weight of ladder platform) with a outline size of 3500mm9600mm.The equipment foundation is a framework foundation, and there are no other obstacles to lifting excep

4、t framework.2吊装方案的选择Selection of lifting scheme根据现场的条件及现有的吊装机具,吊装采用单台吊车提升、整体吊装的方法来安装,主吊车选用一台400t履带吊(德国的Liebherr LR1400型),另外还需用一台250t履带吊(日本的神户制钢 CKE2500型)辅助溜尾。According to the site conditions and the riggings available, PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102) will be lifted wholly by a single crane. A 400t

5、crawler crane (German Liebherr LR1400 type) will be chosen as main crane, and a 250t crawler crane ( Japan CKE2500type) as tailing. 3吊装的平面布置Lifting layout3.1吊装时主吊车、溜尾吊车的站车位置,详见下面的吊装平面布置图(图1)The positions of main crane and tailing crane when lifting are shown in the following lifting layout. 6、1)图14吊车吊装工况的选用Selection of Operating Condition of the Cranes4.1 主吊车吊装工况的选用Selection of Operating Condition of the Main CranePRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)金属重量均为75t,设备保温2t,吊索具(包括吊钩、平衡梁、卸扣、钢丝绳等)的重量为5t,因此吊装计算重量应为:The metal weight of PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)is 75t, equipment insulation 2t and

7、slings and rigging (including hook, spreader, shackles and wire ropes etc.) 5t. The total weight to be lifted is calculated as follows:G=75+2+5=82t选LR1400型履带吊的工况为:起重臂长70m,作业半径16m。在此工况下,吊车的额定起重量为104t,吊车的起重负荷率为=79%,其起重能力完全能满足吊装要求。The selected operating condition of LR1400 type crawler crane is as foll

8、ows: Boom length is 70m, operating radius 16m. The rated lifting capacity of the crane under this condition is 104t, the percentage of lifting load of the crane is =79%, which fully satisfies the lifting requirement.吊车吊装时的净高度计算参见下图(图2),The net height of the lifting is indicated in sketch 2.吊车在上述的工况下

9、,起重臂顶部滑车组中心距地面的高度为71.3m,吊装时的净高度h应为:Under the said operating condition, the height from the center of the pulley block at the top of the boom to the ground level is 71.3m, and the net height of the lifting is 其中3m为平衡梁下端绳长, 6m为平衡梁上端绳长, 6.5m为就位基础框架高度。Where 3m is the length of lower end rope of spreader

10、, 6m is that of upper end rope and 6.5m is height of framework of positioning foundation.可见吊装的净高完全能满足吊装要求。According to the above calculation, the net height of the lifting completely satisfies the lifting requirement.4.2 溜尾吊车吊装工况的选用Selection of the Operating Condition of the Tailing Crane参见图2,溜尾吊车的提

11、升力F为:Refer to sketch 2, the lifting force of tailing crane F is calculated as follows:经计算设备重心在5.2m处,The center of gravity of equipment is calculated at 5.2m. F= G+3=41+3=44t式中G为起吊时溜尾吊车承受PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)的金属重量与保温材料的重量之和,吊钩及索具的重量为3t,因此选250t履带吊的工况为:起重臂长51.8m,作业半径12m。在此工况下,吊车的额定起重量为72.5t,

12、吊车的起重负荷率为=61%,其起重能力完全能满足溜尾吊装的要求。Where G is the sum of weight of metal and insulation materials borne on tailing crane. The weight of hook and riggings is 3t. Given the above, the operating condition of the 250t crawler crane is determined as: boom length 51.8m, operating radius less than 12m. Under

13、the said operating condition, the rated lifting capacity of the crane is 72.5t, the lifting load rate of crane=61%,which fully meets the tailing requirement. 5吊索具的选用Selection of slings and rigging5.1平衡梁Spreader为了使PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)在吊装过程中从水平状态能够顺利地转到垂直状态,需要使用平衡梁,平衡梁为我方自行制造,详见图3. In orde

14、r to make PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)be lifted smoothly to a vertical position from a horizontal position during the lifting operation, a spreader manufactured by us is to be used. For details, see sketch 3.图35.2主吊耳及主吊索具Main lifting lug and Main Slings and Rigging溜尾板式吊耳及设备主吊耳为设备的生产厂家制造,随设备供货。参见

15、设备制造图。索具的受力计算如下:Tailing plate lifting lug and main lifting lug, supplied together with equipment, are manufactured by equipment vender. See the equipment manufacture drawings. The sling bearing force is calculated as follows:因此选用6个55t的卸扣,配合2对60.5mm钢丝绳扣(规格637+1(麻芯),=170kg/mm2,破断拉力为Pb=190t)作主吊索具,钢丝绳扣的

16、长度为12m,对折后打两双使用,折减系数按0.75计,该钢丝绳扣的安全系数n为:According to the above calculation, six 55t shackles are to be used matched by two pairs of 60.5mm wire ropes ( size 637+1 (hemp core), =170kg/mm2, break tensile force Pb=190t) as main slings and rigging. The length of wire rope is 12m, which will be used afte

Then the safety parameter of this wire rope is calculated as follows:5.3溜尾吊耳及溜尾索具 Lifting lugs and slings for Tailing 溜尾的吊点选择在设备溜尾吊耳上,溜尾吊耳的结构及有关计算见设备制造图。The lifting point for tailing is set at the tailing lifting lugs of equipment, the structure of it

18、and relevant calculations see equipment manufacturing drawings.选用2个25t的卸扣,配合1对43mm钢丝绳扣(规格637+1(麻芯),=170kg/mm2, 破断拉力为Pb=97t)作溜尾吊索具,钢丝绳扣的长度为16m,对折后打两双使用,折减系数按0.75计,溜尾索具计算详见下列计算公式。Two 25t shackles are to be used matched by one pair of 43mm wire ropes (size 637+1(hemp core),=170kg/mm2, break tensile for

Then strength P of main crane to ground is calculated as follows:62 溜尾吊车的履带对地面的压力Pressure of crawler of tailing crane to ground250t履带吊的车身总重量为180t,

22、吊装的负荷为44t,因此溜尾吊车对地面的压力G=180+44=224t;吊车履带的接地面积F=17.2m2,因此溜尾吊车对地面的压强P为: Under the above working operation, the total weight of 250t crawler crane is 180t and lifting load is 44t. So the pressure of tailing crane to ground G=180+44=224t, and bottom area of crawler to the ground F=17.2m2. Then strength

23、P of tailing crane to ground is calculated as follows:为了保证吊装的安全,要求地面的地耐力大于20t/m2。For the sake of safety, the ground bearing capacity should be more than 20t/m2 7PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)的吊装步骤:The Erection Sequence of PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)吊装的主要步骤为:The

24、 main erection sequence of PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)is as follows:7.1 溜尾吊车和主吊车共同将设备抬起,离开地面200mm左右后试吊,停止进行检查,没有问题后再继续吊装。Lifting PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)by using tailing crane and main crane together, trial lifting will be stopped and inspection be performed after it is 200mm away from

25、ground. Continue lifting operation when everything is checked safe for a lift. 7.2在起吊过程中溜尾吊车跟随设备以微速向前行走数米。在溜尾吊车的配合下,将PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)从水平状态起吊至垂直状态。溜尾吊车松钩脱绳。The tailing crane travels a few meters forward by following equipment at an extremely slow speed during lifting operation. With t

26、he cooperation of the tailing crane, the main crane lifts PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)to a vertical position from a horizontal position. Then remove the hook and rope of tailing crane.7.3转动主吊车的起重臂,将PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)对准设备基础的方向。Turn the main crane boom to the equipment foundation. 7.

27、4到达就位的位置后,将PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)对正基础,放下就位。When reached the position for lowering, PRIMARY PRODUCT EXCHANGER(E3102)is aimed at the foundation and lowered in place.8. 安全措施 Safety measures8.1必须严格执行吊车随机技术文件的规定,不能违章作业。All specifications supplied with the crane must be strictly followed. Any vi

28、olation of specifications is prohibited.8.2设备吊装过程中,所用绳扣的长度必须符合本方案的要求,不能过长或过短。The length of all slings used for the lifting operation must be in line with that required in this scheme. That the slings are either too long or too short is not allowed.8.3起吊前,现场的杂物应清除干净,并平整场地,对吊装过程有影响的物体或已安装的构件要拆除,吊车吊装时的

29、站车位置要平整坚实,防止出现下沉现象。Before lifting, the site shall be cleaned and leveled. Any objects or structural members installed that have impact on the lifting shall be removed. The location where the crane stands for lifting shall be level and solid to prevent sinking.8.4风力4级的天气不能进行吊装作业。No lifting operation

30、is carried out when the wind force is 4 scale.8.5在吊装期间,现场必须拉上安全线,设置警戒区,严禁非作业人员进入。Warning signs and safety barricades must be provided around the area during lifting to prevent unauthorized entry.8.6吊装前要进行安全检查,确认无误后,再进行试吊,试吊高度为200300m,经检查合格后再正式起吊。Before lifting, safety inspection must be conducted. W

31、hen safety is ensured, perform lifting by trial and error method. The height for trial lifting is 200300m. When the trial lifting proves everything is safe for a lift, start lifting operation.8.7参加吊装的人员要明确分工,集中精力,服从指挥,坚守岗位。吊装的作业人员共有8人:2名吊车司机(朱玉华、陈星华),1名监工(陈敏),5名起重工(黄增革、吴水龙、邓运红、廖继、谭耀才),信号指挥是黄增革,采用哨音信

32、号及旗指挥信号。The personnel engaged in the lifting operation shall be given clear responsibility and are required to concentrate on the work, to follow orders and to stick to his post. A crew of 18 is assigned to perform the lifting activity, that includes 2 crane operators(Zhu Yuhua, Chen Xinghua), 1 supervisor (Chen Min), 5 riggers(Huang Zengge, Wu Shuilong, Deng Yunhong, Liao Li, Tan Yaocai). The bankman is Huang Zengge. Whistle signal and flag signal are used for directing the lifting operation.
