4、mployer”)and China Geo Engineering Corporation duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act Chapter 388 of the Law of Zambia(hereinafter called the “Contractor”)of the other part.本协议书于2008年7月14日由公路发展局(依照公共公路法第三部分第12条之规定依法设立的法人机构)(以下简称:业主)与中国地质工程集团公司(根据赞比亚公司法第388章节之规定依法设立的独立法人机构)(以下简称:

In this Agreement, words and expressions shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to them in the Conditions of Contract hereinafter referse to, and they shall be deemed to form and be read and construed as part of this Agre

In consideration of the payments to be made by Employer to the Contractor as hereinafter mentioned , the Contractor hereby covenants with the Employer to execute and complete the works and remedy any defects therein in conform

7、ity in all respects with the provisions of the Contract.2. 作为报酬业主向承包人付款,承包人就此向业主承诺按合同约定的条款实施完成本工程并负责修缮3. The hereby covenants to pay the Contractor in consideration of the execution and completion of the works and the remedying of defects wherein the Contract Price or such other sum as many become p

8、ayable under the provisions of the Contract at the times and the manner prescribed by the Contract.3. 业主向承包人承诺按合同规定的时间和方式向承包人支付费用,作为实施完成本工程和包含在合同价内的缺陷修缮及合同规定的其他可支付项目的报酬.4. The Parties hereby may amend ,modify, supplement or waive any provisions of this Agreement by mutual written agreement signed by

The Auditor General or any Public Officer in accordance with section 8(1)of the Public Audit Act, Chapter 378 of the Laws of Zambia is empowered to have access to examine all books, records, papers, reports and other documents relating to this
