7、ights1、 拥有对乙方的保安行为监督指导的权利；1. HaverightstosupervisionandguidancePartPBssecuritPactivitP.2、 拥有要求乙方确保执行保安标准的权利;2. HaverightstorequestPartPBtoensuretheimplementationofsecuritPstandards;3、 拥有对乙方重大保安管理措施的审定权；3. HaverightstoapprovePartPBsmajorsecuritPmanagementmeasures;4、 拥有对乙方保安员辞退、调换、处罚的建议权，乙方应接受甲方建议。4.

PartPahastheobligationstoprovidethenecessarPconditionsofworkforPartPBssecuritPpersonnel;2、提供必要的保安措施；2. ProvidethenecessarPsecuri

9、tPmeasures;3、向乙方按期支付保安费的义务。3. ObligationstopaPPartPBforsecuritPcostsontime.第六条：乙方的权利和义务:RightsandobligationsofPartPB（一） 权利（1）Rights1、 拥有依甲方委托管理其单位的治安的权利；1. 10、rethatPartPAtocooperateforitssecuritPmanagementdutP.（二）义务（2）Obligations1、乙方指派名保安员负责甲方的安全护卫任务，其中必须有2名保安员具有消防控制室上岗资格，取得上岗证的培训费用由甲方承担，但取得上岗证的保安人员必须在甲方工作满一年，否则，甲方有权从应付的保安费用中扣回相应的培训费支出；1. 11、olroomqualification,thetrainingcostsofthecertificatebornebPthePartPA,butthecertificatedsecuritPpersonnelmustbeworkforPartPaforfullPear,otherwise,PartPAisentitledtodeductthetrainingeGpenditurefromthesecuritPcosts;2、乙方保安员应严格按甲方委托事项完成规定的工作任务，确保甲方正常的工作生活秩序。正确使用各种保安设施、设备。履行岗位职责要求，并遵守甲方符合法律规定和各项规章制度和保安职业道

ThesecuritPguardsofPartPBshouldcompletetheworktasksaccordingtoPartPAsdelegationstrictlP,ensurePartPAnormalworkingorder.CorrectlPuseallofsecuritPmeasuresandequipment.Performthedutiesrequirements,andtoabidePartPAsprovisions,regulationsandcodeofprofessionalethicsforsecuritPinconformitPwiththelaw

13、s.3、发生在执勤区域内的刑事案件、治安案件和治安灾害事故，及时处理并报告甲方和当地公安机关，采取措施保护发案现场，协助公安机关侦查各类治安刑事案件，依法妥善处理责任范围内的其他突发事件。3. Incasesofcriminalcases,magistracPcasesandsecuritPdisastersoccurredintheregionwhileondutP,PartPBshalltimelPreporttoPartPAandthelocalpublicpolice,totakemeasurestoprotecttheincidencetoassistpoliceinvestigat

14、ingforcriminalorsecuritPcases,properlPhandleduneGpectedeventsaccordingtolawwithinthescopeofdutP.4、落实防火、防盗、防破坏等安全防范措施，发现责任区域内的安全隐患，及时报告甲方并协助予以处理。4. Implementationoffire,theft,damagepreventionandothersecuritPmeasures,foundtherisksintheresponsiblesecuritPregion,timelPreporttoPartPAandassistfortreatment

15、.5、乙方选派的保安员必须经过正规的保安培训，无违法犯罪前科，并向甲方提供保安人员的人事档案。5. SecuritPguardssendbPPartPBmustgetthroughofficialsecuritPtraining,nocriminalrecord,andprovidesecuritPofficerspersonnelfiletothePartPA.6、乙方为保安人员配备制服及基本保安装备，并负责保安员的工资。6. PartPBshallequipwiththebasicsecuritPequipmentanduniformsforsecuritPpersonnel,andisr

16、esponsibleforthesecuritPstaffwages.7、加强对保安员的在岗培训、监督和管理，确保安全服务的优质高效。7. Strengtheningjobtraining,supervisionandmanagementonsecuritPguards,ensurehighqualitPandefficiencPofthesecuritPservices.第七条 ：保安工作设施及服装的配备:SecuritPfacilitPanduniforms（一）甲方在合同有效期内为乙方提供办公场所及更衣柜等；（1）PartPAshallprovidePartPBwithofficespa

17、ceanddressingCabinetwithinthecontractvalidperiod;（二）保安员工作服装由乙方统一配备；（2）securitPguardsworkuniformsshallunifiedequipbPPartPA;（三）保安员按甲方标准就餐。（3）SecuritPguardsshallrepastatthePartPAstandard.第八条 ：合同的解除:Termination1、 双方协商解除；1. TerminatedbPconsensusofbothParties2、 合同期满；2. ContracteGpired3、 一方严重违约，使合同无法履行；3.

18、SeriousbreachofapartP,unabletofulfillthecontract;4、因不可抗力使合同无法继续履行的。4. CausebPforcemajeureandcouldnotcontinuetofulfillthecontract.第九条：在合同有效期内，经甲乙双方协商一致，可变更本合同。:WithinthevaliditPperiodofthecontract,afterbothpartiesconsensusmaPamendthiscontract.第十条：违约责任:Breaching（一）甲方应严格履行合同的规定，不得擅自解除合同，如因甲方擅自解除合同给乙方造成

19、损失的，甲方应予以赔偿。（1）PartPAshallstrictlPfulfillthecontractconditions,shallnotterminatethecontractwithoutPartPBsconsensus,ifthelossduetorescindthecontractwithoutconsensustoPartPBoccurred,PartPAshallbecompensated.（二）乙方应严格履行合同的规定，不得擅自解除合同，如因乙方擅自解除合同给甲方造成损失的，乙方应予以赔偿。 （2）PartPBshallstrictlPfulfillthecontractco
