1、最新外贸接到订单后该做的事外贸：接到订单后该做的事1.接到订单后先做PI和合同,让客户回签确认订单,交期,付款方式等内容,2.2. 接着收订金,然后安排生产,3.3. 生产完成后找货代(有的自己找,有的时候客户会指定货代) 订舱,然后拿着S/O和PL把货送到指定仓库,找报关行报关(注意要搞清楚客户需要的清关文件,如CO等,还有就是货要不要商检)4.4. 收余款.要看你们的付款方式,如果是出货前付清余款就应该在货完成后通知客户完成让客户付款,如果是见提单副本付款就要等提单副本出来发给客户,让客户付款,5.5.付款完成,把提单,CI,PL寄给客户(也可以电放,把电放提单,CI和PL等邮件给客户)交
