Principles 2.1 The principle of compliance with the bidding documents: the bidding documents will be strictly observed during preparation of t

4、exts and illustrations involved in this construction management plan. 2.2 The principle of compliance with the design and construction codes, norms and specifications and inspection & acceptance standards: the construction methods will comply with the design requirements; existing construction speci

5、fications and acceptance standards will be observed; and a reasonable construction management plan will be prepared to ensure a high project quality. 2.3 The principle of seeking truth from facts: in the preparation of the construction plans, we will manage to understand and master the difficult poi

6、nts and critical points in this contract section, and finish the construction tasks with a good quality in a safe and timely manner through scientific organization and reasonable management depending on our construction experiences. 2.4 The principle of strict management of the all construction proc

Chapter II Project overviewAs an important transportation channel in east I

9、nner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Provincial Road 203 plays an important role for strengthening economic ties between eastern cities and counties and speed up their progresses of new industrialization.This contract section starts from K5 +967 in Outer Ring Road of Man

10、zhouli and stretches from northeast to southwest as the existing Provincial Road 203 - a Class III highway, via Aoerjinxin Village, Hulun Town (Dashimo) and Dalaisumu (Buerdun), and finally ends at where about 14 Km southeast from Alatanemole Town in Xinbaerhuyouqi. The entire route is 131.793 Km lo

11、ng. 2. Major technical indicators1. Technical standard: Class I Highway2. Design speed: 100 km/h3. Subgrade width: 27.0m4. Pavement width: 21.0m5. Design flood frequency for large bridges, medium bridges, small bridges and culverts: 1/1006. Design load level for roads and bridges: Highway Class I 7.

12、 Highway structure and thickness: 20cm thick gravel bedding course; 32cm thick 4.5% cement stabilized gravel subbase; 20cm thick 5.0% cement stabilized graded gravel base course; 6cm thick medium-grained asphalt concrete sub-pavement; and 4cm thick fine-grained asphalt concrete pavement. 3. Major wo

13、rk quantities It is MA-4 contract section from mileage K51 +120 to mileage K58 +000, covering a total length of 6.16km (excluding the length of large bridge as long as 720m at mileage K51 +480). The major items include subgrade works, medium & small bridge works, drainage works, culvert works and pr

14、otection works. 1. Subgrade(1) Excavation for subgrade: 178923 m3(2) Fill for subgrade: 839189 m3(3) Soft subgrade treatment: 0.528 km(4) Mortar rubble masonry: 8476 m32. Highway works(1) Gravel bedding course: 43322 m2(2) Subbase: 215175 m2(3) Base: 226890 m2(4) Pavement: 220747 m2(5) Sub-pavement:

Bridges and culverts(1) 1 medium bridge covering a total length of 60.0m; superstructure: 20m prestressed concrete box girders; substructure: column piers and bored pile foundation.(2) 7 small bridges, covering a total length of 123.0 m; superstructure: 13m prestressed concrete hollow s

16、labs and 8m cast-in-situ slabs; substructure: column piers and bored pile foundation.(3) Culverts: 5 reinforced concrete culverts, covering a total length of 86.0m; and 3 reinforced concrete pipe culverts, covering a total length of 60.5m.5. Mobilization cycle of equipment and personnel and delivery

17、 methods of equipment, personnel and materials 5.1 Mobilization cycle of equipment and personnelWe promise that we will appoint a representative to negotiate and sign a contract with the Owner within 7 days after the receipt of the notification of award. At the same time the experienced management a

18、nd technical staff will arrive at site to carry out a detailed investigation along the route and well arrange the construction site, temporary roads, temporary water, power supply and communication. We will finish the construction of camps and temporary facilities for the construction teams, and org

19、anize to deliver the construction team, machines and equipment to the site, and all preparations will be completed for major items and conditions of commencement will be ready prior to May 10, 2014. 5.2 Delivery methods of equipment, personnel and materials According to the project location and the

20、sources of equipment, all machines and equipment will be delivered to the site with hauling. The construction management personnel and operation personnel will arrive at construction site by bus, and the labor force comes from the labor teams having long-term cooperation relations with us. The mater

21、ials will be delivered to the site from the nearest source with hauling. Chapter III Construction preparations and major construction plansI. Construction preparations1.1 Establishment of organizational structures and construction teams A project management team will be established according to the

22、requirements of duration and nature of this project based on the principle of good quality, schedule, safety and efficiency. The project manager will be the representative authorized by the legal representative of our company, and he is responsible for implementing and managing the works involved in

23、 this contract section. The project management team consists of the functional departments such as department of quality control, department of materials and equipment, department of finance, department of planning and contracting, general office and department of technology, and construction teams

24、such as subgrade construction teams, bridge and culvert construction teams, and drainage and protection construction teams. 1.2 Division of construction tasks and schedule arrangements(1) Division of construction tasksSubgrade construction teams are responsible for subgrade filling, subgrade excavat

25、ion and soft ground treatment; two bridge construction teams are responsible for the construction of all bridges and culverts; and the drainage and protection construction teams are responsible for all drainage and protection construction works involved in this contract section. 27、 2015Culvert works: from June 11, 2014 to September 30, 2015Drainage and protection works: from June 15, 2014 to October 30, 20164.3 Relevant preparations prior to construction (1) Preparations prior to commencement We will contact the designers in a timely manner and clarify the milestones along th

28、e route prior to commencement. Serious and careful re-routing will be carried out after the clarification, including verification, addition and reinforcement of horizontal control points and benchmarks; survey of actual ground elevations; survey and setting-out of cross-sections of subgrades; and ca

29、lculation of work quantities. Take soil samples from the borrow pits as required; carry out heavy compaction, natural density, liquid and plastic limits, particle analysis and other tests; determine the optimum moisture content and maximum dry density; and test the structural materials and design th

30、e mixes. The results will be reported to the supervision engineers for approval. (2) Temporary facilities and site layout (as attached: layout of general construction plan)1) Construction campsIn order to save investments as far as practical, we will minimize the occupation of farmland by the houses

31、 at production zone and living zone and optimize the utilization of the villages along the route. 2) Precast yardIt is used for mixing concrete and fabricating prestressed hollow slabs, covers of drainage facilities and precast concrete blocks used for protection works. 3) Water supply Construction

32、and domestic water come from the domestic water facilities in the nearby villages, and a well will be ready near the precast yard. Water quality analysis is required prior to utilization of construction water, and shall not be used until found qualified. 4) Power supplyConstruction power comes from the power
