12、方案，本方案对钢屋架等构件的吊装提出的要求具体施工步骤，施工中须遵守执行。本施工方案编制的目的是：用以指导工程施工与管理，确保优质、高效、安全、文明地完成该工程的建设任务。2. 编制依据 2.1 建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准（GB50300-2001）； 2.2 钢结构工程施工质量验收规范（GB50205-2001；）2.3 轻型屋面梯形钢屋架（圆钢管、方钢管）（06SG515-1）；2.4 建筑钢结构焊接技术规程（JGJ81-2002）；2.5 冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范（GB50018-2002）；2.6 碳钢焊条（GB/T5117-95）；2.7 建筑施工手册（第四版，建工出版社）；2.8

13、 业主提供的施工蓝图。3. 工程概况 该工程位于怀柔桥梓镇,东西边界轴线长126m，南北边界轴线长24m，建筑总面积3199.14m2。工程为全预制混凝土排架结构，主体一层高约19 m。屋面为角钢梯形钢屋架、钢骨架轻型屋面板结构，钢屋架跨度为24.00米，总共23榀屋架组装，屋面面积3024m2。建筑物耐火等级二级，抗震设防烈度为7度，建筑物耐久年限为50年。梯形钢屋架设计参数：钢屋架：跨度24m，双坡屋面。檐高18.55m，脊高（峰）2.85m，材料为Q235-B角钢焊接制造，约3.5吨/榀，总重共计约为80.5t榀。4. 施工准备4.1 组织有关工程管理和技术人员熟悉设计图纸。4.2 根据

14、施工图纸及设备和技术条件，提出材料计划。4.3 对钢结构工程所使用的机械和辅助设备的性能进行检验，保证施工过程中各种设备的工作状态良好，使用功能齐全。4.4 钢结构工程所使用的材料应有质量证明书，符合标准后方可使用。4.5 在钢屋架工程施工前，应对各工序的施工人员进行必要的岗位培训，并对其进行技术、质量、安全交底，预防发生安全和质量事故。4.6 钢屋架制作好后应按安装顺序堆放在支撑上。所垫支撑应有足够的支承面，应防止支点下沉及过重、过高堆积。4.7 准备好必须的施工机具，且运行良好。4.8 各构件在吊装前应认真检查，并对各部位尺寸进行核对。钢构件应完成防腐工作。4.9 现场吊装前，应在柱顶埋件上（檩托板预埋）弹好十字线，同时将标高控制点设置好。现场场地应平整夯实，没有积水，并且要预留车道。5. 主要工序及施工方法5.1 钢屋架的制作5.1.1材质控制1）钢屋架支座连接用地脚螺栓为M24，所采用的连接螺栓为普通螺栓，安装定位螺栓采用M16，材质级别为Q235-B级钢。2）向正规生产厂家订购钢材、焊材。而且必须具备原始材质证明（物理性能、化学成份）及出厂合格证。3）钢材进场后按规定检查合格后才能投入使用。 4）钢材进场前由质安部门对其表面状态（锈、麻坑等缺陷）按规范标准严格把关，凡超标者不得投入使用。5）焊材在使用前按规范进行烘焙处理。5.1.2工艺过程： 加工准备及下料零件加工
