1、29接入控制接入控制(Unified access control)接入控制指的是UE在发起一个NAS层或者AS层的业务/信令请求之前,先要根据一定的机制和控制参数来确认网络是否允许,如果通过了接入控制检查,那么NAS层或者AS层才能够建立NAS、AS的信令和业务连接,否则需要等待一定的时间后才能够再次进行接入控制检查。目的是在网络比较繁忙的时候,在UE的类型和业务的类型这两个维度上来进行过滤操作,让优先级比较高的UE或者比较重要的业务能够顺利获得服务。UE在获准发起呼叫过程以后,会在信令上附加发起呼叫的原因。gNB在获取这个呼叫原因以后,还可以根据本身的实际需要来决定是否接纳这次呼叫,这让g
2、NB拥有了负载控制的功能。在发起一个业务的时候,需要携带“接入类别”、“接入标识”和“建立原因”三类信息。在下面事件需要进行接入控制核实: UE处于5GMM-IDLE模式,在3GPP接入上有暂停指示,并且发生需要转换到5GMM-CONNECTED模式的事件; UE在3GPP接入上处于5GMM连接模式或在RRC_INACTIVE指示下处于5GMM连接模式,并且发生以下事件之一:1) 5GMM接收来自上层的MO-IMS-registration-related-signalling-started指示、MO-MMTEL-voice-call-started指示、MO-MMTEL-video-cal
3、l-started指示或MO-SMSoIP-attempt-started指示;(也就是打电话)2) 5GMM接收来自上层的请求,以便通过NAS发送MO(mobile originated) SMS;也就是发送短信3) 5GMM从上层接收发送UL NAS TRANSPORT消息以建立PDU会话的请求;4) 5GMM接收来自上层的请求,以发送UL NAS TRANSPORT消息以用于PDU会话修改;5) 5GMM接收到为现有PDU会话重新建立用户平面资源的请求;6) 通知5GMM上行链路用户数据包将被发送到具有挂起的用户平面资源的PDU会话;7) 5GMM接收来自上层的发送MO的位置请求;(主动
