This Regulation applies to new pneumatic tyres of Classes C1, C2 and C3 wit

15、h regard to their sound emissions, rolling resistance and to new pneumatic tyres of Class C1 with regard to adhesion performance on wet surfaces (wet adhesion). Contracting Parties shall issue or accept approvals to rolling sound and/or wet adhesion and/or rolling r

Definitions 定义For the purpose of this Regulation, in addition to the definitions contained in Regulations Nos. 30 and 54, the following definitions apply. 本法规的目的，除去ECE30及54规定的内容外以下定义同样适用。2.1. Type of tyre means, in relation to this Regulation, a range of t

20、yres consisting of a list of tyre size designations, brand names and trade descriptions, which do not differ in such essential characteristics as: 根据此法规，“轮胎类型”意为包括一系列轮胎型号标识，商标名称及商品说明，与以下必要因素必须保持一致：(a) The manufacturers name; 制造商名称(b) The tyre class (see paragraph 2.4.); 轮胎等级（见2.4段）(c) The tyre struc

23、 For Class C2 and C3 tyres: 对于C2及C3胎(i) In case of tyres submitted for approval of rolling sound emission levels at stage 1, whether M+S marked or not; 如果递交滚动噪音第一阶段认证时，确认是否有M+S(ii) In case of tyres submitted for approval of rolling sound emission levels at stage 2, whether traction tyre or not; 如果递交

24、滚动噪音认证第二阶段时，确认是否为牵引胎(g) The tread pattern (see paragraph 3.2.1.). 胎面花纹（见3.2.1段）2.2. Brand name or Trade description means the identification of the tyre as given by the tyre manufacturer. The Brand name may be the same as that of the manufacturer and the Trade description may coincide with the trade mark. “商标名称”或者“商品说明”意为由轮胎生产商提供的轮胎说明。商标名称有可能会与制造商一致，商品说明有可能会于商品标记一致。2.3. Rolling sound emission means the sound emitted from the contact between the tyres in motion and the road surface. 滚动噪音意为在轮胎运动过程中与地表面接触中发散的声音。2.4. Tyre Class means
