16、度的总厚度。Immersion silver:沉银:由很薄的(小于微米)接近纯银的涂层组成。纯银通常山置换产生,可 能会含有少量的沉积的有机物,沉银不需要做银移测试。Edge conductor:边缘导体-导体边缘与板边的距离在0. 4mm的范围内,而边缘导体的最小线宽其要 求需在UL文件的Tablel查找。Midboard conductor:中部导体:边缘距板边大于0. 4mm的倒替。区别与边缘导体。Minimum copper thickness:最小铜厚:导线或导板的最小铜厚。一般以盎司(0Z)或微米(Mic) 为单位,其转换关系为:10Z二34微米,通常在UL文件的Table A里可
17、以查到相关数据。Maximum operation temperature最高工作温度:简称MOT,在连续作业的情况下,用在成品上的 线路板所能承受的最高温度。而最高工作温度其要求需在UL文件表Table I或Table IA中查找注意:对于只有阻燃等级认证的线路板,是不能用在有最高工作温度要求的成品上。Solder limits:焊锡限制:指零部件安装的焊接过程中允许的最高操作温度和操作时间值,并非指 印刷电路板制造过程中的喷锡工序。Meet UL 746E DSR:(可直接承载电流要求)在UL 746E表 中说明。这些要求是指对零部件直接 负载电流的材料表面所做的一些性能要求。电路板产品是
