15、g 范围之间,井冈霉素土壤中平均回收率为89.2%-89.7%,相对标准偏差4.5%-9.3%;当添加在水平在0.5 mg/Kg -5 mg/Kg范围之间在水稻植株中的平均回收率83.3%-90.1%,相对标准偏差3.0%-6.5%;当添加在水平在0.5mg/Kg-5mg/Kg范围之间在糙米中的平均回收率为85.1%-87.7%,相对标准偏差4.1%-7.5%,谷壳中的平均回收率为84.0%-86.2%,相对标准偏差4.1%-8.9%。井冈霉素的最小检出量(LOD)为0.1×10-9 g,在植株、糙米和谷壳的最低检测浓度(LOQ)为0.1 mg/kg。一年三地的残留试验结果表明,
