3、ctric instrument, coating and insulation.Area 1:3100 环氧乙烷EO(D410、D450、D479)、3200 精环氧乙烷PEO(D413、D451、D477)、8500 非离子表面活性剂NIS(D522、D523、D524、D533、D535、D573、D575、D576、D577、D578)、8550 公用设施Common Facilities(D420、D405、D511、D512 、D521、D525、D527、D572、D574、D582、D473、D475、D415、D999)装置构成;根据施工计划下列专业涉及到在冬季施工,为确保施

4、工安全和施工质量,针对冬季工程施工的特点,特制本方案。This plan is specially worked out for cold weather construction to guarantee the project safety and quality; cold weather construction will involve the following disciplines in accordance with the work scope.1区冬季施工主要有: 土建(土方工程、钢筋工程、混凝土工程、防腐工程)、钢结构、预制厂管道等。南京地区冬季温度在0 至-6,持续时

5、间相对较长。为确保工程进度、冬季施工的工程质量和施工安全,参加施工的各施工班组要根据本工种特点,认真按照冬季施工技术措施来施工。The disciplines involved in Area 1 are CSA (earth work, concrete work and coating), steel structure, pipe fabrication, etc. The average winter temperature for Nanjing area is kept between -6 and 0 in Nanjing, and duration is comparative

11、00-02415冬季施工措施要求 JB-IET-11-002 Cold Weather Concrete Construction16现行的相关技术规范及设计图纸 Current relevant technical specifications and drawings.三冬季施工前的准备工作 Preparation before cold weather construction 1 冬季施工开始和结束的日期应以气温条件为准,即当室外昼夜平均气温低于+5, 且最低气温低于0时,即转入冬季施工,当次年初春连续七昼夜不出现负温时, 方可转入常温施工。各施工队要提前做好寒流到来前的防冻工作。根据

12、以往的经验,寒流到来时气温变化突然并伴有大风、雨雪天气, 温度大幅度下降,对施工尤为不利。各施工队要密切注意冬施前和冬施结束时的天气预报以及现场实测大气温度纪录,现场需要开始安排专人进行大气测温,并做好记录,质量检查员现场进行监督检查,切实做好提前进入冬施的工作准备。The start date and end date for cold weather construction is defined as per actual temperature, it starts with the average outdoor temperature of day and night below

14、ching out for the weather reports and the field air temperature record, a exclusive personnel shall be arrange for temperature measuring and recording, and QC shall perform site inspection and supervision work. A good preparation is essential. 2 对商品混凝土搅拌站提出技术要求,必须提前做好采暖与保温工作,以保证冬施期间砼施工的正常进行。搅拌站试验室开混

15、凝土配合比等有关工作也应执行冬施的有关规定。混凝土掺加外加剂时应指定专人负责,不得由他人随意配制。Set up the technical requirements of winter construction for commodity concrete batching plant, they shall guarantee all heating and insulation work done ahead of time and the concrete construction in order. The concrete ratio and relevant items shall

16、 also meet with the regulations of cold weather construction. 3 工程冬季施工基槽、管沟土方开挖、混凝土施工,为节约能源,降低成本,采用蓄热法保温和养护。开挖后的土方、管沟采用棉毡和草袋保温覆盖。Heat storage insulation and curing shall be applied for the excavation of foundation trench, pipe trench and earth to save energy and cost. The excavated earth and pipe tr

17、ench shall be covered with blankets and straw bags. 4 做好技术准备工作,进入冬季施工前,要由工地技术人员向有关班组作一次冬施工作的技术交底,在重要部位施工时要针对工程的特殊情况做好冬施措施和安全施工交底。Make enough technical preparation. 18、s construction, necessary measures and safety orientation shall be made in accordance with the project features. 5 对参加施工的所有管理人员和施工作业人员进行培训,使之了解冬施的重要性及应注意的事项。现场施工前对作业人员做技术安全交底。All management personnel and operators shall be trained with the knowledge of winter construction. Make sure they can underst

Make technical classification before construction.四冬季施工主要材料准备Preparation for main material of construction in cold weather冬季施工主要材料应根据图纸及设计变更的工程量确定。其中, 混凝土外加剂( 早强剂、防冻剂等)的用量要根据图纸工程量及试验室提供的配合比来确定, 塑料布、棉毡、草袋等保温材料可根据设计图纸等相关工程

20、量提前进行准备。各种施工机械在进入冬季施工前,要备好冬季所用的防冻液和冬季用油。冬季施工辅助材料草袋, 棉毡,蓬布,塑料布, 脚手杆,白铁皮,防冻剂按实际需要确定,早强剂按实际需要确定,温度计,所列冬施材料仅供参考,实际需要材料品种和数量以现场实际发生量为准。其中防冻剂、早强剂用量根据混凝土用量及掺加量由商品混凝土搅拌站统一考虑。 Main material should be based on drawings and design changes. 21、tifreeze, etc.) should be determined by drawings and mix proportion provided laboratory. Plastic sheeting, cotton blankets, straw bags and other insulating materials may be based on the design drawings and other related quantity and can be prepared in advance. Anti-freeze and winter fuel should be p

22、repared for all kinds of equipment. Supplementary material, such as straw bags, cotton blankets, tarpaulins, plastic sheeting, scaffold pole, white metal, antifreeze and early strength agent, should base on actual need. All materials listed above only for reference. The actual needs are subject to t

23、he actual amount happening on site. Besides, antifreeze, early strength agent should be determined by commercial concrete mixing plant.五主要施工技术措施Main technical measures for construction(一)土方工程冬季施工Cold Weather Construction for earthwork 1土方开挖:工程主要土建基础、地下给排水管线,土方开挖工程量较小。宜采取人工开挖,采用撬棍、钢钎、尖镐施工。Excavation:

24、 with small amount of work for main civil foundation, underground pipeline for water supply and drainage, excavation by hands should be adopted, using crowbar, drill rod, pick.(二)钢筋工程冬季施工Cold Weather Construction for rebar1钢筋在加工、运输、绑扎过程中,要注意防止撞击、刻痕等缺陷。Attention should be paid to prevent defects, suc

25、h as impact nicks etc. occurred in processing, transportation and banding.2冰雪天要采取护盖措施,防止钢筋表面结冰瘤。在混凝土浇筑前,应清除钢筋上的积雪、冰屑,必要时用热空气加热,绑扎完毕后尽快进入下一道工序。Protecting cover should be used if there is ice and snow to prevent icing on steel surface. Prior to concrete pouring, remove snow and ice, if necessary, use

26、hot air for heating, start the next process once finish banding.3在负温下承受静荷载的混凝土构件中,主要受力钢筋的选用原则:当温度较底时可选用、级热轧钢筋,不宜采用冷拔低碳钢丝、冷扎带肋钢筋。 the principle of selection for main bars inside the concrete structures withstanding static load: use, grade hot-rolled steel bars not cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire, co

27、ld rolled ribbed steel bars.4钢筋冬季焊接工艺要求:闪光对焊时,宜采用预热闪光焊或闪光-预热闪光焊;增加调伸长度, 采用较底变压器级数, 增加预热次数和间歇时间。电弧焊时, 增大焊接电流, 减低焊接速度, 电弧帮条焊或搭接焊时,第一层焊缝应从中间引弧,向两端施焊;以后各层控温施焊,层间温度控制在150350 之间。多层施焊时,采取回火焊道施焊。雪天现场不宜焊接作业,必须施焊时,应采取有效遮蔽措施。焊后未冷却接头不得碰到冰雪。Requirements of steel welding in cold weather: for flash butt welding, i

28、t is desirable to use preheating flash welding or flash preheating flash welding; increasing extension length, use lower transformers class, increase preheats frequency and interval. For Arc welding, increase the welding current, reduce the welding speed, for arc welding or lap welding, the first la

29、yer of weld should start from the middle to both ends; the other layers welded by controlling temperature between 150-350 . For Multi-layer welding, take temper bead. Its better no welding work during snow weather, if it is necessary, effective measures for shelter should be taken. Joints shall not

30、run into snow or ice if not cool after welding.(三)混凝土工程冬期施工Cold Weather Construction for concrete 1 混凝土冬期施工时,混凝土采用蓄热并掺外加剂、上部覆盖的方法养护,同时搭设挡风墙围护,覆盖采用铺一层聚氯乙烯薄膜保湿,然后覆盖棉毡和草袋保温。Cure by heat storage and additive with upper cover. Meanwhile, put up wind retaining wall, covering a layer of PVC for moisturizin

31、g, and then covering cotton blankets and straw bags for insulation. 2 在冬期施工开始之前,在基坑或基槽东北侧(主风向)采用搭设挡风墙,可采用钢管脚手架和篷布搭设,搭设挡风墙时要注意,基坑、基槽与挡风墙之间要留有足够的空间, 同时要注意围护严密、不透风,并绑扎牢固。Put up wind walls in the northeast side of Pit or groove (main wind direction) with sufficient space in between and with windproof. 3

32、 材料(混凝土采用商品混凝土,所使用材料的储存、搅拌、运输由搅拌站及入模前的混凝土保温由搅拌站控制)material (controlled by batching plant prior to usage)1)、水泥使用前要运入暖棚内存放。Store in greenhouse prior to usage2)、混凝土组成材料加热温度要根据需要混凝土拌合物的最终温度按计算确定,混凝土的温度要控制在35以内,冬季施工期间用砂中不得含有直径大于1cm 的冻块,不得使用冻灰膏、冻灰浆。The heating temperature of concrete compositions should be calculated according to the final temperature of mixture controlled within 35 . Frozen blocks with diameter of more than 1cm, cold gray paste or frozen mortar are not
