1、通过该课程的教学，旨在通过课堂内外的英语口语操练，使学生能在一般社交场合或就某一方面话题准确流利自然地交际、讨论等。并能运用英语进行教学。本课程要求学生语音正确、语调得体，能用基本正确的语言表达感情，要求学生能就一般日常生活话题，如问候、邀请、问路、看病、天气、道歉、运动、爱好等进行简单会话；了解一定的中外文化差异；并要求学生能就熟悉的材料经过短暂的思考作两分钟左右的连贯性讲话。三、课程的相关课程及其关系 学习本课程前，学生已具备一定高中英语知识，并积累了较多的单词和习语等，具有一定的基础口语表达能力。这为英语口语能力的学习和提高储备了较多的基础知识。学好本课程，也为相关课程的学习奠定基础，培

14、ity and ignorance / Superstitionhow to express Curiosity and ignorance实训教学 每期机动安排2-4课时1、观摩英语口语大赛或英语演讲比赛录像；2、观看英文录像。通过观摩和观看，体会英语语言的应用，模仿纯正的语音并激发学生学习的热情。学习较为纯正的发音以及了解英语口语大赛及演讲的技巧等。五、考核本课程采用考查、口试形式。学期成绩由出勤、课堂表现、期末检测构成，其中出勤占10%、课堂表现60%、期末检测30%。六、教材与主要参考书所用教材：英语口语教程姚保慧主编 高等教育出版社 1998年教学参考书目：英语初级口语1993，英语中级口语1992，英语高级口语1993 吴祯福主编 外语教学与研究出版社 新编大学英语口语教程王守仁、何宁 主编 上海外语教育出版社 1998 大学英语口语教程梅德明主编 上海译文出版社 2001英语初级口语 外语教学与研究出版社,1994作业内容：1、本课程所采用的教材中在每个话题后设置了相应的情景对话等练习。因此，教师借助联系加强学生的口语训练。2、课堂外是练习口语的实际场所，要求学生在日常生活中用英语和同学、老师进行交流。随时练习口语，养成英语思维的习惯。3、学生多听多看英语原版的视听材料，努力提高自己的英语表达能力。
