11、学后都可能留下或多或少的问题;教师如果能积极反思、认真面对,那么他一定会在教学与反思中逐渐调整观念,改善教学行为,提高教学智慧,让自己获得更快的发展和成长。”对这句话我深有感触,通过四天多的远程研修,在听了鲁教授的几节课后对照自己的课堂教学,在课堂训练巩固方面我查找了自己的一些不足:(一)忽视教材的特点,旧教法教新教材。而且对教材的深度挖掘不够,课前准备不足导致课堂效率低下,教学手段落后,受自身理论水平和专业知识的局限,没有按照新课程标准的要求去认真学习和领会新教材的编写意图,沿用传统的教学方法上课,这种教学方法不能适应新教材的要求,不能达到预期的教学效果。(二)教师唱独角戏,学生参与意识差。
12、教学中,多是传统教法,热衷于填鸭式、满堂灌、唱“独角戏”。自始至终一个劲地讲,一人说给大家听,犹恐讲不明白。语言繁杂、枯燥无味。造成学生不知如何学习的被动局面,学生的学习兴趣不高,机械地记单词、背语法规则。课堂上被动的吸收,学生的思路不能与教师同步,没有培养成良好的学习习惯,缺乏行之有效的学习方法。(三)违背语言教学规律,教学效果事倍功半。英语是一门工具性极强的课程,学习英语就是为了培养和提高语言交流能力,为了更好地讲给别人听,更好地听别人说话;为了更好地写文章给别人看,更好地看别人的文章。不能“蹲”在学生感兴趣的高度,选择贴近学生实际生活的话题,来激活学生已有的知识,培养学生的语言技能。上完
13、一节课,有的学生脑海里不仅毫无积累,甚至连原有的知识都派不上用场(四)、没有做到尽量用英语授课。通过听鲁教授的这几节课,我决定尝试改变我的教学方法和教学态度,我要让学生喜欢上我的课,我要赢得孩子的心,让大部分的学生都喜欢我,让他们觉得上英语课是一种享受,而不是一种负担。那么我一定得做到以下几点:1、认真钻研,吃透教材,对教材内容进行科学筛选。 由于本学校的学生大都来 自农村,外面的世界接触少,知识面较窄,同时大多是寄宿生,查阅方法也有限,所以我们要根据新课改的要求结合本学校学生的实际情况对单元内容进行筛选,特别是有选择进行口语、听力部分的训练。2、尽量用英语授课,对于不懂的地方会再次用中文说明
14、,要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题。为了培养学生用英语进行思维的能力,避免“中国式英语”。让学生背诵课文中的精彩句子或书面表达的范文,培养学生使用地道英语进行表达的能力。3、通过扎实掌握单词、短语等英语基础知识,提高学生的知识运用能力和表达能力。4、创造宽松、和谐的气氛 ,面向全体学生,满足不同的需求,建立良好的师生关系。课堂上设置学生感兴趣的话题让他们讨论。鼓励学生大胆地说英语,并对他们在学习过程中犯的错误采取宽容的态度。经常和学生一起反思学习过程中的不足,并加以改正,并让学生以不署名的方式给我的教学提意见,经常深入学生中询问他们的听课效果,学习情况,以改进自己的教学方法,最大限度的提
