5、单列调节级+8冲动级,中压缸:10冲动级;低压缸:26=12个冲动压力级。高压喷嘴组由四组喷嘴弧段组成,上下缸各二组,四个独立的蒸汽室各装有一组有子午面型线的喷嘴组,各控制29只喷嘴汽道。三组全开发出额定功率,第四组为保证夏季和低参数下发出额定功率。 Total flowing parts of turbine include 31-stage moving blades. Among others, high pressure cylinder: 1 impulse single regulating stage+8 impulse stage, intermediate pressure

High pressure nozzle group consists of 4 group of nozzle arc sections, 2 groups for each upper and lower cylinder, and one group of meridian nozzle group are installed in 4 separate steam chamber, the nozzle groups w

Three groups are fully opened to provide rated power, and the 4 group are standby for rated power in the summer or at low parameters.1.3.2 高中压缸为双层缸结构;高、中压部分反向布置,低压缸采用双分流双层缸结构;调节级喷嘴直接安装在高压缸汽室上,高中压外缸采用下猫爪中分面支承于轴承箱上,低压内缸支撑在外缸内侧台板上,低压外缸为落地式支承。低压缸与凝汽器为刚性联接。High and inter

11、er for connection.1.3.4 本机组由于采用了高窄法兰,因而取消了法兰加热系统。This unit applies high and narrow flange, so the flange heating system is cancelled.1.3.5 机组配有4r/min电动行星摆轮低速自动盘车装置,装设于中间轴承座盖上。2台柱塞式顶轴油泵向本机组5只椭圆型径向支持轴承提供高压顶轴油。The unit is equipped with 4r/min electric cycloid planetary gear low speed automatic turning

12、gear which is installed on middle bearing seat cover. 2 plunger top axis oil pump is adopted to supply high pressure top axis oil to 5 ellipse radial support bearing of this unit.1.3.6 汽轮机共有4368只叶片,调节级叶高18.15mm,末级叶高668mm。 There are total 4368 blades, the height of blade at regulating stage is 18.15m

13、m; 668mm at final stage.1.3.7 汽轮机设有三个轴承座,里面有3只径向支持轴承和2只发电机径向支持轴承以及1只密切尔式推力轴承。轴承座全部落地,前轴承座内除安装有径向支持轴承外,还安装有主要的调节保安部套,如主油泵、危急遮断装置等,推力轴承装设于中轴承座中。There are 3 bearing seats for turbine, inside each seat there are 3 radial support bearing and 2 generator radial support bearing and 1 Mitchell-style thrust

The bearing seat is also fitted with regulating protection sheath such as main oil pump, emergency trip device besides radial support bearing, and the thrust bearing is installed in mid bearing seat.1.3.8 滑销系统:本机组有前、中、后基架及后缸基架落于基础上,前、中、后轴承箱及后缸落于基架上。前轴承箱沿中心线的纵销作轴向移动,而汽缸向两侧的膨胀靠横销导向。前轴承箱与高中压缸之

15、间设有定中心梁装置可以有效的解决因纵销卡涩造成的前轴承箱膨胀不畅问题。高中压缸膨胀死点在中轴承箱下部的横、纵销交叉点处,低压缸膨胀死点在进汽管中心线与转子中心线的交叉点处。Sliding pin system: the front, mid and rear base frames and rear cylinder base frame are seated on base, the front, mid and rear bearing boxes and rear cylinder are seated on base frame. The front bearing box moves

16、 in axial direction along the vertical pin in center line, while the expansion towards both sides of cylinder is against transverse pin guide direction. The center beam fixing device between front bearing box and high/intermediate pressure cylinders can be used to effectively solve the unsmooth expa

17、nsion of front bearing box caused by vertical pin blocking. 1.3.9 轴系一阶临界转速:高中压转子1669r/min,低压转子1836r/min,发电机转子为1381r/min。First order of axis critical speed: high/intermediate pressure rotor: 1669r/min, low pressure rotor: 1836r/min, rotor of generator: 1381r/min.1.3.10 轴系从汽轮机机头端向发电机端看,转子的旋转方向为顺时针。Loo

18、king at the axis from turbine head to generator head, the rotor turning direction is clockwise.1.3.11 本机组采用汽缸夹层加热系统,以改善冷态开机时机组的胀差控制。加热汽源来自于自动主汽门前的主蒸汽。为提高加热速度,在上下外缸各装一根57喷汽管,上面钻有若干5小孔,加热蒸汽从孔中喷出以达到启机热缸、停机冷缸的目的。This unit is applied cylinder interlayer heating system to improve the expansion difference

19、control during start-up at cold state. The heating steam comes from the main steam before automatic main steam valve. To accelerate the heating, mount 57 steam spraying tube each for upper and lower outer cylinders, if several5 holes are drilled on that tube, the heater steam will spray out from the

20、 holes to heat the unit during start-up and cool the unit during shutdown.1.3.12 适宜的运行方式:机组可定压或滑压运行,变压运行范围30-80%额定负荷;带基本负荷并可调峰和两班制运行,调峰范围35-100%额定负荷;机组允许在电网频率49-50.5Hz范围内长期运行,调频叶片不会产生共振。Proper operation mode: the unit can be operated in constant pressure or sliding pressure, and the pressure change

21、range is 30-80% of rated load; with basic load, and peak adjustment and operating in two shifts, and the peak varying scope is 35-100% of rated load; the unit is allowed operating within grid frequency 49-50.5 Hz, the blades with variable frequency shall not occur resonance.1.3.13 汽轮机的典型工况Typical wo

22、rk conditions of turbine1.3.13.1 额定功率工况(THA):汽轮机在额定主蒸汽及再热蒸汽参数下,进汽量399t/h,所规定的汽水品质,背压为4.9kpa,补水率为0%,回热系统全部正常投入运行,发电机效率98.4%,额定功率因数0.85,发电机输出净功率为135MW的工况为额定工况,也是机组热耗率(8171KJ/kwh)的保证工况,机组汽耗率为2.96Kg/ kwh。Working conditions with rated power (THA): under rated main steam and reheated steam parameters, the

23、 steam admission of turbine is 399t/h, and the back pressure is 4.9kpa, and make-up water ratio is 0%. The heat recovery system is put into operation normally and completely, and the efficiency of generator is 98.4%, and rated power co-efficiency is 0.85, and the generator output net power is 135MW,

24、 the above conditions is rated work conditions, it the guarantee conditions for unit thermal consumption rate (8171KJ/kwh), and the unit steam consumption rate is 2.96Kg/kwh.1.3.13.2 最大连续工况(T-MCR):汽轮机在额定主蒸汽及再热蒸汽参数下,进汽量422 t/h,回热系统全部正常投入,不抽厂用汽时,能发出最大功率142MW。此工况为最大连续功率工况, 机组热耗率8160KJ/kwh,机组汽耗率为2.977Kg

25、/ kwh。Maximum continuous rating (T-MCR): under rated main steam and reheated steam parameters of turbine, the steam admission is 422t/h, the heat recovery system is completely input normally, if no auxiliary steam is extracted, the produced maximum power is 142MW. That work condition is MCR, and the

26、 unit thermal consumption ratio is 8160KJ/kwh, and unit steam consumption rate is 2.977Kg/kwh.1.3.13.3 夏季功率工况(铭牌功率工况TRL):汽轮机在额定参数下,进汽量420 t/h,补水率为3%,冷却水温为最高值33,背压为11.80Kpa,回热系统全部正常投入,机组能连续运行并发出额定功率135MW,此工况下出力可保证工况机组汽耗率为3.13Kg/ kwh。The power work conditions in the summer (the power work conditions o

27、n nameplate: TRL): under rated parameters, the steam admission is 420t/h, make-up water rate is 3#, and the maximum value of cooling water temperature is 33, and the back pressure is 11.80Kpa, the heat recovery system is completely input normally, and the unit can continuously be operated and genera

28、te rated power 135MW, under this work condition, the guaranteed unit steam consumption ratio is 3.13Kg/kwh.1.3.13.4 阀门全开工况(T-VWO):汽轮机在额定主蒸汽及再热蒸汽参数下,背压为4.9kPa,补给水率为0%,回热系统全部正常投入,汽机进汽量约为夏季工况的1.05倍即440 t/h,机组能安全连续运行输出净功率为147MW,此工况为阀门全开工况, 机组热耗率8158KJ/kwh,机组汽耗率为2.996Kg/KWH。Working condition with valve w

29、hole opening (T-VWO): under rated main steam and reheated steam parameters, the back pressure is 4.9kpa, make-up water rate is 0%, the heat recovery system is completely input normally, and the steam admission volume is 1.05 times of that in the working condition in the summer, i.e. 440t/h, the unit
