Due to his parents lived nearby in Silicon Valley, Steve Jobs kept on a keen o
12、n electronics, and he had already demonstrated his personality characteristics of people in Silicon Valley- innovation, competitive and adventurous spirit. Jobs was a native young people who was the first generation of Silicon Valley. All his personality characteristics were cornerstone of his leade

Every weekend, some engineers would do their own maintenance of garage, they appreciated that lonely, eager to learn, but hard-working boy, Steve

Later, Steve often came to his house to play, the engineer had a good impression on him, so he gave this microphone to Steve as a

Also, such a ability of convicing people was a important technique of being a powerful leader.In middle school, Steve Jobs met Steve Wozinak who was a math genius and also interested in electronics. Then, S. Jobs and S. Wozinak hit it off in terms of the same
20、interest. By age 16, Steve and Woz called by Steve Jobs created a blue box which is a device can do phone phreaking, that can make long-distance phone call all over the world for free. Then, they showed this device to their friends, as a result, everyone was fascinated by this new technology. Finall
21、y, the two Steves started first business by selling this machine. Moreover,the price of this device was increased to 300 dolloars at last. This experience was the begin that he benefited from his originality which also contributed to his leadership in the future.In 1972, Steve Jobs conviced his pare

They dreamed to have an own computer, but the computers in the market, at that time, are commercial, larg

Just a few weeks later, a computer with unattractive appearance- the worlds first personal computer, Apple I, was born.In 1976, Steve Jobs and Woz set up the Apple Company, started to operate personal computer bus
25、iness. With the rapid development of company, they created Apple Second, which is small and easy to use. After few days, he set up a new company, NeXT.Defining the futureWith the success of NeXT Computer Company and the rapid development of Pixar Animation Company, Steve Jobs was back to peoples attention.
