1、万达集团转型发展案例万达集团转型发展案例企业管理案例研究 2014年第 期 ,总第 期, 首钢发展研究院 2014年 月 日 万达集团文化产业发展案例分析 一、万达集团基本概况 大连万达集团创立于1988年,目前已经形成商业地产、高级酒店、文化旅游和连锁百货四大核心产业。2013年万达集团资产3800亿元年收入1866亿元净利润125亿元。2014年上半年万达集团资产达到4600亿元同比增长21%,收入920.7亿元同比增长24%。近期万达集团在电商公司发展、主要公司上市、金融集团成立、国际化发展等方面加快步伐。到2020年万达集团将形成不动产、文化旅游、金融、零售、电商五大业务板块。 万达商

9、达百货收入111.3亿元同比增长62%。 万达集团从2005年开始投资文化产业2012年11月在北京注册成立文化产业集团注册资金50亿。成立当年文化产业收入超百亿元2013年收入255亿元是中宣部公布的全国文化产业30强第一名。今年上半年文化集团收入140.9亿元同比增长29%。 目前万达集团拥有两家上市公司2012年9月万达集团以26亿美元并购全球第二大影院公司美国AMC是中国文化产业最大的海外并购。2013年12月 美国AMC院线公司在纽交所成功上市。2013年5月万达并购香港上市公司恒力地产后改名“万达酒店”。不过万达真正图谋上市已久的两块核心资产分别是万达商业地产和万达电影院线。值得玩
