3、展，各高校正在逐步走向现代化，在这种情况下靠人工来处理员工的工资会有很多不便。因此，需要制定一个工资管理系统。建设一个科学高效的信息管理系统是解决这一问题的必由之路。学校内部财务管理是该学校运用现代化技术创造更多更高的管理水平的主要因素之一。工资管理作为高校内部的一种财务管理也是如此，由于高校职工人数较多，每一位职工的具体实际情况也不尽相同，各项工资条款的发放，如果没有一个完整的管理系统来进行管理，那么势必会给管理人员带来种种麻烦，因此类似工资管理系统之类的财务软件的开发势在必行。工资管理系统是典型的信息管理系统，其主要开发包括后台数据库的建立和维护，以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要

4、求建立起数据库一致性和完整性强，数据安全性好的库。而后者则要求应用程序功能完备，易使用等特点。因此，本人结合资料管理系统的要求，对Visual Foxpro数据库管理系统，VFP语言原理，VFP数据库技术进行了较深的学习和应用。主要完成对资料管理系统的要求分析，功能模块划分，并由此设计了数据库结构和应用程序。系统运行结果证明，本人所设计的工资管理系统可满足工资管理人员的查询、修改和添加三方面要求。 系统开发采用Microsoft公司的Visual Foxpro 6.0，利用其强大的可视化界面功能及对数据库的支持，先构造一个原型，逐步增加功能，最终满足需求。系统中大量采用SQL查询语句，界面友好
