1、在边坡第一、二、三级分别设置锚索框架防护;其中边坡第一级上排锚索长14m、下排锚索长12m,锚固段均为8m,单孔锚索设计拉力700KN;边坡第二级上排锚索长14m、下排锚索长12m、锚固段均为8m、单孔锚索设计拉力700KN;边坡第三级上排锚索长16m、下排锚索长14m、锚固段均为8m,单孔锚索设计拉力700KN。本次试验点的选择根据该段边坡地质类别和锚索数量,依据省高指【2002】297号文件精神:“验收试验锚索(杆)数量不少于工程锚索(杆)总数的5%且不少与3根”,该段边坡根据普遍性和代表性,共选择了3孔做验收试验,具体位置及锚索长度详见附表01。附表01 K27+550+770段左侧边坡

2、验收试验锚索基本参数孔号孔径(mm)设计锚索长(m)锚固段长度(m)岩层类别设计荷载(KN)N54150128全风化弱风化花岗岩700N2116N4514一、 验收试验目的锚固工程验收试验目的是在于检验该锚固工程的施工质量是否达到设计要求,以确保边坡的安全。通过验收试验,可以获知锚索受力大于设计荷载时的短期锚固性能,以及满足设计条件时锚索的安全系数,验收试验完成并证明合格后,方能进行该边坡其他工程孔的锁定施工。二、 验收试验依据1、锚杆喷射混凝土支护技术规程(GB50086-2001);2、福建省不良地质路段路堑边坡防护加固工程施工实施细则(试行); 3、福建省高速公路边坡锚固工程施工技术暂行

3、规定。 4、A3施工设计相关图纸。三、验收试验方案1、试验孔的钻造与锚索制安为确保锚固工程不至于恶化边坡岩土工程条件和保证孔壁的粘结性能,钻孔采用无水干钻。钻进过程中对每个孔的地层变化、钻进状态(钻压、钻速)、地下水及一些特殊情况做了现场施工记录,锚孔钻造达到设计深度后,稳钻2分钟,防止孔底尖灭。在钻孔完成后,使用高压空气将孔内岩粉及水体清出孔外,以免降低水泥浆体与孔壁土体的粘结强度。锚索采用6根15.24mm低松弛无黏结钢铰线,强度级别为1860Mpa 。锚索编束前,确保每根钢铰线顺直,不扭不叉,排列均匀,严格按设计尺寸制作。钢铰线采用机械切割。锚索顶端接装导向帽,以便下锚顺利。锚索体每1.

4、0m设置一个对中支架。注浆管捆扎在锚索体中间,直到导向帽位置。锚孔注浆采用孔底反浆方式注浆,现场作好施工记录。采用压力分散型锚索,锚索编束由多单元锚索组成,每个单元锚索分别由两根等长无黏结钢铰线内锚于钢质承载体组成,钢铰线通过特制的挤压套和挤压簧对称的锚固于钢质承载体上,单根的连接强度大于200KN。钢质承载体采用45号钢材加工制作,其厚度不小于20mm 。对于压力分散型锚索的锚固段,不设紧箍环。每单元钢铰线用不同颜色做标记。反力装置采用钢筋混凝土C25砼。2、试验张拉设备采用YDCW1500型千斤顶、量程200mm和YBZ4-500型高压电动油泵。 3、锚头位移采用游标卡尺(量程200mm)

5、,结合百分表(量程30mm)测量框架反力构件位移。4、根据试验要求,最大试验荷载为锚索设计荷载的1.5倍,验收试验应分级加荷,起始荷载为锚索设计荷载的30%,分级加荷值分别为设计荷载的0.5、0.75、1.0、1.2、1.33、1.5倍。整个试验连续进行逐级加载,前一级荷载稳定后,方可施加下一级荷载,直到最大试验荷载为止。每级观测时间为10min,在每级加荷等级观测时间内,测读锚头位移项目累计变位量不大于0.1mm 方可施加下一级荷载。否则延长观测时间,最后一级试验荷载也应维持10min,如果在历时10min内位移量超过1mm,则该荷载再维持50min并在15、20、25、30、45和60mi

6、n时记录其伸长量,锚索加荷等级与观测时间见锚索试验记录表(附后)。对已预张拉的锚索进行验收试验,卸荷后按以上规定分级加荷试验。四、验收标准、本试验各项技术指标及规程以中国建设标准化协会标准土层锚杆设计与施工规范(CECS2L:90)为准,参考不良地质路段路堑边坡防护加固工程施工实施细则(试行)、高速公路边坡锚固工程施工技术暂行规定。1、验收试验中,从50%设计荷载到最大试验荷载之间所测得的总位移量,应当超过该荷载范围内锚筋自由段长度预应力筋理论弹性伸长量的80%,且小于自由段与1/2锚固段长度之和的预应力筋的理论弹性伸长值。且锚筋实测伸长量与理论计算伸长量的误差不大于理论计算伸长量的6%。大量

7、的工程实践证明,对于土质或类土质及锚固破碎地层,考虑锚孔轴向压缩与锚固段孔壁剪切变型特性,其实际上限值偏大5-10。2、在最后一级荷载作用下的位移观测期内,锚头位移稳定即在10min内位移不超过1mm,或者2h内蠕变量不大于2mm。3、如果试验结果同时满足上述1、2两款条件,则认为验收试验锚索合格;如果发现有试验锚索不能同时满足上述1、2两款条件,则需增加抽样三孔锚索进行验收试验。直至验收试验锚索全部同时满足上述1、2两款条件,方可认为验收试验锚索合格。、理论伸长量计算:本次验收试验理论弹性伸长量计算式,依据“公路桥涵施工技术规范JTJ041-200.12.8.3”条规定计算。 L=PpL/A
