10、to reset MG interface?（y/n）n:y再查看语音端口状态，如果还是不好，可能是语音端口有问题，可联系软交换，把号码做到其他可用端口。 上面是配合现场人员处理故障的一些常用命令，下面具体介绍一下ONU常见故障的具体处理步骤：1、查看ONU状态，判断ONU是否在线，下线原因是由光路断或者断电引起。（在OLT上命令查看）（1）在华为资料中找到故障ONU的登记信息，通过OLT、PON口的具体信息，登录到OLT上查看ONU的在线状态。（2）telnet OLT-IP（输入用户名和密码）（3）输入命令enable */进入OLT特权模式/*（4）输入命令config */进入OLT配

15、 dying gasp time-上一次断电时间。如果Last down cause显示: dying-gasp说明是用户端掉电引起onu下线。告知让代维和用户确认是否断电，也会可能出现用户端用电出现故障把ONU烧坏。虽然用户端用户已恢复正常，但ONU已无法使用。 LOS，说明是光路中断引起的onu掉线。告知让代维到现场确认光路是否正常，或者ONU设备是否运行正常。（6）如果一个pon口下onu状态全部为offline，并且每台onu的Last down cause都是显示: LOS，则是olt到分光器之间光路中断或者OLT的PON口光模块故障需通知传输处理。CZ-SZF-OLT001-HW-
