1、英语口语国赛规程2014年全国职业院校技能大赛英语口语赛项规程 一、赛项名称赛项编号:G-031赛项名称:英语口语英语翻译:English Speaking赛项组别:高职赛项归属产业:文化教育二、竞赛目的通过举办本赛项不断提高我国高职英语类高技能人才的培养质量,强化其专业领域技术技能型人才培养,为我国转变经济发展方式提供人才支持。本赛项旨在提高高职高专学生运用英语进行职场交际的综合能力,并以此为高职高专英语教育领域的专家、教师和管理者搭建一个探索英语教学改革、交流英语教学经验的广阔平台,扩大我国高等职业教育的影响力和竞争力,整体提升高等职业教育办学水平。三、竞赛内容与时间1.半决赛选手的竞赛内
2、容包括 “职场描述”、“情景交流”和“职场考验”三个比赛环节, 其中“职场考验”环节为2014年本赛项半决赛的新增环节。2.决赛包括 “职场描述”、“情景交流”和“即席辩论”三个比赛环节。各环节的具体比赛内容、要求及时限如下:(1)“职场描述”(Presentation):要求参赛者抽取一幅反映行业/企业业务发展或社会、经济等热点问题的统计图表或图片,根据给出的说明,在充分理解图表或图片内容的基础上对其进行口头描述和观点阐述。本环节满分为10分,每位选手用时不超过3分钟。(2)“情景交流”(Interview):参赛者要抽取一个场景题目,根据题目的要求扮演其中的一个角色,与外籍主试官进行一对一
3、的现场问答。本环节满分为10分,每位选手用时不超过3分钟。(3)“职场考验”(Role-Play):参赛者通过抽签方式组成团队并按照抽取的题目要求进行组内合作,针对某一生活或职业场景(如:校园)内可能发生的各种情况进行充分的情节设计。团队中的每个成员根据既定情景和所扮演的角色进行从内容到形式的自由发挥,并以短剧的形式展示给评委及各位观众。评委根据各组的整体表现进行评分,每个小组的成绩即为该组内每位成员的成绩。本环节满分为10分,每组表演时间约为10分钟。(4)“即席辩论”(Debate):参赛者根据抽签结果分正、反两方,就某一职业领域或社会热点问题进行现场即兴辩论。先由正方陈述1分钟,然后由反
4、方陈述1分钟,接下来由正反双方进行3分钟的辩论。每位选手满分为10分,本环节累计不超过5分钟。3.赛程安排日期时段时间内容第一天全天8:00-19:00选手、指导教师、领队等报到入住酒店,领取比赛材料等19:00-19:30晚餐19:30-20:30选手及指导教师全体会议,会后按组别进行半决赛抽签第二天上午7:30-8:00参赛选手侯赛8:00-8:15半决赛开幕式8:15-11:45非英语专业组选手进行“职场描述”、“情景交流”环节的半决赛中午12:00-13:30午餐及休息下午13:30-17:00英语专业组选手进行“职场描述”、“情景交流”环节的半决赛17:00-17:15赛场点评晚上1
5、8:00-19:00晚餐19:30-20:00全体选手进行“职场考验”环节抽签第三天上午8:00-11:30全体选手进行“职场考验”环节半决赛11:30-12:00公布入围决赛的选手名单中午12:00-13:30午餐及休息下午13:30-13:45入围决赛选手抽签13:45-17:30决赛彩排晚上18:00-19:00晚餐第四天上午8:00-8:30决赛开幕式8:30-11:30决赛11:30-12:00决赛闭幕式中午12:20-13:00午餐下午13:00选手领取奖品等及离会四、竞赛方式本赛项为个人赛。原则上全国各省、自治区、直辖市选派2名选手参赛,其中1名选手参加非英语专业组比赛,另一名选
6、手参加英语专业组比赛。参赛者抽取题目,根据相关要求用英语进行比赛。每名选手可以有不超过1名指导教师;参赛选手与指导教师的对应关系一旦确定不得随意改变。此外,还将依据选手在中国大学生在线()的在线测试成绩,从全国范围内遴选出非英语专业组和英语专业组各1名选手直接晋级全国总决赛。全国总决赛为经过初赛和复赛(含海选阶段)后选拔出来的选手之间进行的比赛,分为半决赛和决赛两个阶段。半决赛阶段选出非英语专业组和英语专业组各前10名选手,共计约20名选手进入决赛。决赛阶段由半决赛决出的20名选手(英语专业组和非英语专业组各10名)进行角逐,最终评出各种奖项并颁发相应证书。五、竞赛试题(一)本赛项试题建立试题
7、库,公开比赛样题。赛项专家组将针对全国高职高专学生的实际水平,结合当下经济发展趋势和不同行业、企业的业务发展,经过精心组织和筛选,最后选定不少于10套试题组成试题库,赛前根据大赛试题产生办法从题库中抽取比赛试题。(二)样题1. 职场描述 (Presentation) (3 minutes)Task: You are required to talk about the following chart, giving your comments on possible causes of the survey results. 2.情景交流 (Interview) (3 minutes)Now
