1、完整版毕业论文自考本科人力资源人才思想与现代人力资源管理管子人才思想与现代人力资源管理中文摘要管子是我国古代著名的一部子书,也是一部奇书,其中蕴涵着丰富的人才思想。本文以管子人才思想产生的时代背景为出发点,分析了管子人才思想产生的哲学基础,归纳和总结了管子人才思想的主要内容。并且以之为基础,揭示了管子人才思想对现代人力资源管理的启示意义,从而实现古今和中外思想的一次跨时空对话。这也是本文的理论旨趣所在。全文分四个部分:第一部分,管子人才思想产生的时代背景。春秋战国时期是中国历史上的大变动时期。在此期间,原有的宗法贵族制的逐渐消亡,而新的官僚制度则伴随着新的社会形态逐渐形成,这种政治变迁是管子人

2、才思想产生的社会政治背景。管仲相齐四十多年积累的大量实践经验,齐国稷下学宫的悠久思想以及齐国的社会状况和文化体系等构成了管子人才思想的文化背景。第二部分,管子人才思想的哲学基础。“道”是管子人才思想的本体依据,循道思想是其哲学基础的第一层次;人是人才思想的主要对象,管子阐释了对人性的看法,形成了人性自利的管理逻辑起点,进而提出工具理性的人本管理的理念,这是第二层次;最后,管子辨析了义利关系,提出“义利两有”和“废私立公”的主张,从而为人才思想奠定了价值基础,这是第三层次。第三部分,管子人才思想的主要内容。管子人才思想遵循依法管理和礼法并重这两大原则。管子提出了一整套关于人才的培养、选拔、任用、

3、考核等方面的措施和思考,这四者相互联系、相互渗透,组成管子人才思想的有机整体。第四部分,管子人才思想对现代人力资源的启示。本文尝试把管子人才思想和现代人力资源管理结合起来进行考察和比较。首先分析了当代人力资源管理思想的演进和理论探索,明确指出我国现代人力资源管理面对的五点现实困境,深入挖掘管子人才思想对现代人力资源管理的启示意义:一、管子人才思想中的“以人为本”思想体现了当代人力资源管理的目的;二、管子人才思想中的“百年树人”思想体现了现代人力资源管理中抓紧人才规划的要求;三、管子人才思想中“选贤任能”体现了现代人力资源管理充分任用人才的要求;四、管子人才思想中的“禄当其功”思想体现了现代人力

4、资源管理的强化人才激励的要求;五、管子人才思想中的“德法并重”思想体现了现代人力资源管理中保障人才控制的要求。最后,作者认为:以管子为代表的古代经典是先人留给我们的宝贵精神财富,我们应该用“扬弃”的态度对待中国的传统文化,挖掘和整理其中包含的对今天依然适用的内容,弘扬传统文化,实现管理之美。关键词:人才,时代背景,哲学基础,启示,现代人力资源管理Theory of Talent Man in Guanzi and Its Great Significance to Modern Human Resources ManagementAbstractGuanzi is a very famous

5、book as well as a legend in Chinese ancient time. It contains a very richful thought of talented-person. This paper is based on the historical background where Guanzis theory comes from. It will analyze its philosophical foundation and sum up the main content of talented-person theory in Guanzi. Bas

6、ed on the mentioned, this paper reveals the significance of Guanzis talented-person theory to modern human resources management. Meanwhile, it carries out a dialogue beyond time and place between the ancient and the modern. This is just what this paper tries to probe.The first part of the paper illu

7、strates the historical background and source of Guanzis talented-person theory. The spring and Autumn and Warning States Period is a big transform period in the history of China. During that period, the original patriarchal aristocracy declined when a set of new bureaucracy system was coming into be

8、ing with a new social formation. This is the social political background of Guanzis talented-person theory. While for its culture background, it is based on Kuan Chungs over 40 years of accumulated experience of assisting Qi, Jixia Academic Palaces long-standing ideas as well as social conditions an

9、d culture system of Qi. The second part of the paper tries to analyze the philosophical foundation of Guanzis talented-person theory. “Tao” is a intrinsic basis of Guanzis theory. Adhering to “Tao” is the first layer of his philosophical foundation. Human being is the main object of the talented man

10、agement. Guanzi shows some statements on human nature, and it has become a starting point of logical management on human self-advantage. Whats more, it explores the ideology of Human-oriented Management. This is the second layer of its philosophical foundation. Through discriminating the relationshi

11、p between justice and interests, Guanzi calls on both justice and interests are equal, this is the value basis of the talented theory and it comprises the third layer of Guanzis philosophical foundation.The third part of the paper illustrates the main content of Guanzis talented-person thought. The

12、basic principle of the thought is rule management as well as both rites and law. Guanzi gives a set of measures and ideas on the intellectual cultivation, selection, employment and evaluation.
