9、ghting complete.三、发电机定子冷却水系统循环冲洗步骤三、circulation rinsing steps of generator unit stator cooling water system 3.1、第一阶段:发电机定子冷却水系统为体外循环。(附图一)Stage 1: generator unit stator cooling water system is extracorporeal circulation (attached drawing 1)3.1.1、发电机定子冷却水循环冲洗流程:Recycling rinsing flow of generator uni
10、t stator cooling water 3.1.2、具体操作步骤:Specific procedures3.1.2.1、用临时管道短接发电机定子线圈冷却水进、出接口。Connect the inlet and outlet interface of generator stator coil with temporary pipeline3.1.2.2、关闭整个发电机定子冷却水系统所用阀门。Stop all the valves of generator unit stator cooling water system3.1.2.3开启发电机定子冷却水箱补水门(阀门编号1#、2#、3#、
11、4#),向定子冷却水箱上水至高水位。然后关闭4#阀门。Open water supply valve of generator unit stator cooling water tank (Valve number No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4), feed water to stator cooling water tank to high water level. Then close valve No.4.3.1.2.3、开启A发电机定子冷却水泵入口门(阀门编号5#),向发电机定子冷却水泵注水。Open inlet valve of generator unit sta
12、tor cooling water pump A (Valve number No.5), inject water to generator unit stator cooling water pump3.1.2.4启动A发电机定子冷却水泵,缓慢开启发电机定子冷却水泵出口门(阀门编号19#),通过调整该阀门(阀门编号19#)的开度来整定发电机定子冷却水泵出口冲洗压力至0.78MPa。Start generator unit stator cooling water pump A, slowly open outlet valve of generator unit stator coolin
13、g water pump(Valve number No.19), through adjusting the opening of this valve(Valve number No.19) to set the outlet rinsing pressure of generator unit stator cooling water pump to 0.78Mpa.3.1.2.5半开启发电机定子冷却水反冲洗过滤器进、出口门(阀门编号20#、21#),对发电机定子冷却水系统外部管道进行水循环冲洗。Semi-open the inlet and outlet valve of genera
14、tor unit stator cooling water back rinsing filter (Valve number No.20, No.21), carry out water circulation rinsing to outer pipeline of generator unit stator cooling water system.31.2.6全面检查发电机定子冷却水系统,确认管道系统无任何泄漏和阀门开、闭状态正确。Fully inspect the generator unit stator cooling water system, confirm there is
15、 no leakage in this pipe system, the open and close status of valve is correct.3.1.2.7发电机定子冷却水管道系统每冲洗24小时后停运定子冷却水泵,更换定子冷却水箱内冲洗水和清洗定子冷却水滤网。For generator unit stator cooling water pipeline system, stop the stator to cool down the water pump every 24 hours, change the rinsing water in the stator coolin
16、g water tank and clean stator cooling water filter screen3.1.2.8、冲洗过程中两台冷却水泵交替进行。In the process of rinsing, two cooling water pumps work shiftly.3.1.2.9、冲洗过程应正、反交替进行。The rinsing process should adopt positive and negative transmit3.1.2.10当发电机定子冷却水水质达到如下标准时,即可确认发电机定子冷却水管道系统冲洗合格:电导率 0.5s/cm(20),PH值 78,
17、硬度每升2微克当量。When the water quality of generator unit stator cooling water achieves following standard, it can be confirmed that the generator unit stator cooling water pipeline system is qualified: electrical conductivity 0.5s/cm(20), PH value 78, hardness2 microgramme per liter equivalence3.2、第二阶段Sta
18、ge 2此阶段为系统恢复,进行体内循环。(附图二)This stage is system recovery, carry out intracorporeal circulation (attached drawing 2)水箱 冷却水泵 过滤器 定子绕组及出线套管 离子交换装置 水箱Water tank-cooling water pump-filter- stator winding and outlet casing- ion exchange unit-water tank3.2.1、具体操作步骤:3.2.1.1、恢复定子绕组进、出口管道;Recover stator winding
19、 inlet and outlet pipe3.2.1.2、清洗所有滤网。Clean all the filter screens3.2.1.3、打开1#、2#、3#、4#号阀门,向水箱注水,达到正常水位。Open valve No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4, inject water to the water tank to maintain normal water level. And then close No.4 valve.3.2.1.5打开5#、6#、7#、8#、9#、10#、11#、17#、18#、19#阀门,关闭12#、13#、14#、15#、16#、20#、2
20、1#阀门。同时关闭所有排污门,适当开启所有的排空门,当排空门有水流出后,关闭排空门。Open valve No.5, No.6, No.7, No.8, No.9, No.10, No.11, No.17, No.18, No.19, close valve No.12, No.13, No.14, No.15, No.16, No.20, No.21. At the same time, close all blow down valves, appropriately open all air evacuation valves, when all water in the air eva
21、cuation valves flows out, close air evacuation valves.3.2.1.6、启动冷却水泵,维持泵出口冲洗水压0.78MPa,反复冲洗定子绕组进、出口管。Start cooling water pump, maintain an outlet rinsing water pressure 0.78Mpa, repeatedly rinse inlet and outlet pipes of stator winding.3.2.1.7、缓慢开启水站出水阀,检查系统应无泄漏及水箱水位处于正常位置。发现问题,应立即停止水泵,及时处理;Slowly op
22、en outlet valve of water station, inspect the system and it should be no leakage, the water level of water tank is at normal position. Any problem found, timely stop water pump and treat it.3.2.1.8、每冲洗24小时后停泵,置换水箱水源及清洗滤网;Stop the pump every 24 hours, replace water source of water tank and clean filt
23、er screen.3.2.1.9、冲洗过程中两台冷却水泵交替进行;3.2.1.10、当冷却水清洁度达到如下标准时,确认管道冲洗合:电导率 0.3s/cm(20),PH值78,硬度 每升2微克当量。When the cleanliness of cooling water achieves following standard, it can be confirmed that pipe rinsing is qualified: electrical conductivity 0.3s/cm(20), PH value 78, hardness2 microgramme per liter
24、equivalence3.3、第三阶段Stage 3此阶段进行体内反冲洗循环。This stage carries out intracorporeal backwash cycle水箱3.3.1、具体操作步骤:3.3.1.1、清洗所有滤网。3.3.1.2、打开1#、2#、3#、4#号阀门,向水箱注水,达到正常水位。3.3.1.3、打开5#、6#、7#、8#、9#、10#、11#、16#、19#、20#、21#阀门,关闭12#、13#、14#、15#、17#、18#阀门。Open valve No.5, No.6, No.7, No.8, No.9, No.10, No.11, No.16,
25、No.19, No.20, No.21, close valve No.12, No.13, No.14, No.15, No.17, No.18. At the same time, close all blow down valves, appropriately open all air evacuation valves, when all water in the air evacuation valves flows out, close air evacuation valves.3.3.1.4、启动冷却水泵,维持泵出口冲洗水压0.78MPa,反复冲洗定子绕组及高压出线套管进出口
26、管。Start cooling water pump, maintain an outlet rinsing water pressure 0.78Mpa, repeatedly rinse stator winding and inlet and outlet pipes of high pressure outlet casing.3.3.1.5、缓慢开启水站出水阀,检查系统应无泄漏及水箱水位处于正常位置。3.3.1.6、每冲洗24小时后停泵,置换水箱水源及清洗滤网;3.3.1.7、冲洗过程中两台冷却水泵交替进行;3.3.1.8、当冷却水清洁度达到如下标准时,确认管道冲洗合:电导率 0.3
