1、Step 2: Click Login under the picture of the overseas exporters or agents filing system to enter the overseas exporters or agents filing management subsystem:第三步：在上面的页面中点击【初次申请】按钮，进入境外出口商或代理商备案信息初次备案页面：Step 3: Click Initial Registration at the above page to enter the page of initial filing of overse

2、as exporters or agents filing information:第四步：填写完企业备案信息，点击承诺书【同意】，再点击【暂存】按钮，保存信息。此时信息被暂存，可以下次登录时进行提交；或者直接点击【提交】按钮。提交成功后，在局端的出口商或代理商备案审核页面可以查看到提交的信息，可以进行备案审核。Step 4: Click Letter of Commitment Agree after input of enterprise filing information, and then click Temp Save to save the information. This i

3、nformation is temporarily saved and may be submitted during next login, or Commit button may be clicked directly. After successful submission, the submitted information can be viewed at the exporters or agents filing examination page of AQSIQ and filing examination may be conducted. 第五步：在上面的提交确认页面,点

4、击【确定】按钮.提示”备案提交成功”，弹出结果提示信息，提示备案号与查询号。Step 5: Click OK button at the above submission confirmation page. “Filing submission successful” is prompted. Result prompt information pops up to prompt registration No. and query No. 注意：用户一定要记录下备案号与查询号,以便于登录出口商或代理商企业端系统，在首页面输入备案号与查询号后点击【初次申请】/【登录】按钮后进入初次备案页面，

After inputting registration No. and Query No. at the home page, Initial Registration/Login button is clicked to enter Initial Filing page. At the page,

In the above information, if any item marked with * is not completed, submission will be rejected by the system. 2、企业名称（英文）：请按照企业名称正确填写，注意空格

7、、字母大小写等2. Name （in English）: Please write correct company name and beware of space, upper case and lower case. 3、1国家/地区：输入时，点击蓝色按钮，在列表中选中对应项目前的单选按钮，点击【确定】按钮。3. 1 Country/region: Click blue button, select the single-option button in front of the corresponding button from the list and click OK button.

8、 4、2联系人电子邮件信息：此信息请正确填写，将用于企业查询号的找回。4. 2 Contractors e-mail address: Please input this information correctly as it will be used to retrieve companys Query No. 5、3要增加中国贸易伙伴信息，点击【增加】按钮，会增加一条记录。如果要删除一条中国贸易伙伴信息，点击对应行的【删除】按钮，可以删掉当前行。备案申请时，至少要填写一条记录信息。5. 3 To add information of the Chinese trade partner, p

11、 in the following operation appears, enterprise side may be logged in to perform filing modification operation. 1、局端备案审核不通过1. Failed in filing examination of AQSIQ2、局端备案抽查不通过2. Failed in filing spot check of AQSIQ3、总局备案信息发布3. Filing information release of AQSIQ4、备案信息暂存4. Temporary saving of filing i

12、nformation分别输入企业备案号、查询号以及附加码，然后点击【登录】按钮，进入备案信息维护页面。 Input registration No., query No. and extra code and then click Login button to enter the filing information maintenance page.注：如果企业状态是“备案信息暂存”，且是初次申请，那么此处点击【初次申请】登录境外出口商或代理商备案管理子系统。 If company status is “Filing information temporary saving” and it

13、 is initial registration, then Initial Registration is clicked here to log in the overseas exporters or agents filing management subsystem. 在上面的页面修改信息内容（如果不是在暂存状态下进行变更，其中企业名称与国家/地区无法修改），点击企业承诺书的同意按钮，点击【提交】按钮。提示“企业端备案提交成功，请等待局端审批” Modify information content at the above page （company name and country

14、/region can not be modified if not in the state of temporary saving）, click Agree button in Letter of Commitment and click Commit button. “Enterprise-side filing submission is successful. Please wait for approval of AQSIQ” is prompted. 如果是在初次暂存下变更提交后，备案信息流程状态变为：备案申请，待审核。当在其它情况下，备案信息流程状态变为：备案变更，待审核。I

Under other circumstances, the state of the filing information flow will become: Filing modified, pending examination.3 取消备案申请Cancel Fi

16、ling Application3.1 操作步骤Operation Steps当下面操作中一种情况出现时可以登录企业端，进行备案删除操作。When one of the circumstances in the following operation appears, enterprise side may be logged in to perform filing cancellation operation.分别输入企业备案号、查询号以及附加码，然后点击【登录】按钮，进入备案信息维护页面在上面的页面修改信息内容点击【取消备案】按钮。提示页面如下Modify information con

17、tent at the above page and click Cancel Filing button. The prompt page is as follows点击【确定】按钮。提示“取消备案成功等待审核”。Click OK button. Prompt “Filing cancellation successful, pending examination”.4 进度信息查询 Information Query4.1 操作步骤Operation Steps 第一步： Step 1:分别输入企业备案号、查询号以及附加码，然后点击【登录】按钮，进入备案信息维护页面，点击信息【进度信息查询

18、】项，可以看到在备案信息提交的每个操作过程。备案状态显示为当前最新状态。如备案发布：审核通过已发布。 Input registration No., query No. and extra code and then click Login button to enter the filing information maintenance page. 21、归档；Filing application deleted, archived;备案变更暂存，待提交;Filing modification temporarily saved, pending submission;备案变更提交，待处理；Filing modification submitted, pending handling5 备案名单查询 Filing List Query5.1 操作步骤Operation Steps点击国家质检总局食品安全局网站上的备案名单查询链接，弹出页面可以进行备案名单查询。在页面上可以看到单位名称、进口产品种类、主管局信息。Click the link of

The page contains organization name, import product type and information of the competent bureau. 查询：Query: 在页面上输入出口商或代理商企业名称（英文）、国家/地区可以查询到要找的企业备案信息。 By inputting exporter or agent name （in Engli

23、sh） and country/region at the page, the needed company filing information may be queried. 6 找回查询号Query No. Recovery6.1 操作步骤Operation Steps 在页面上点击【找回查询号】按钮 Click I forget query No. button at the page. 在上面的找回查询号页面，分别输入企业名称（英文）、国家/地区，然后点击【确定】按钮，提示“成功取回查询号信息（Successfully recover the query code information）！”。用户可以在备案信息初次审请时填写的联系人电子邮件邮箱中收到找回查询号邮件。邮件返回客户：查询号、备案号。Input company name （English） and country/region at the
