2、显著的技术优势,因而使其成为现代机械工程的基本技术构成和现代控制工程的基本技术要素。 液压压力机是压缩成型和压注成型的主要设备,适用于可塑性材料的压制工艺。如冲压、弯曲、翻边、薄板拉伸等。也可以从事校正、压装、砂轮成型、冷挤金属零件成型、塑料制品及粉末制品的压制成型。本文根据小型液压压力机的用途特点和要求,利用液压传动的基本原理,拟定出合理的液压系统图,再经过必要的计算来确定液压系统的参数,然后按照这些参数来选用液压元件的规格和进行系统的结构设计。顶出装置是为顶出模内工件而设置的。各种合模装置均设有顶出装置,一般分为机械顶出、液压顶出和气动顶出三种。 (1)机械顶出,顶杆固定在机架上,它本身不

3、移动,开模时移动模板后退,顶杆穿过移动模板上的孔而到达模具推板,阻止模具推出机构随动模后移,将制件顶出。顶杆长度可以根据模具的厚薄及型腔深度通过螺纹调节。顶杆的数目、位置随合模装置的特点、制件的大小而定。机械顶出结构简单,顶出力大,工作可靠,但顶出是在开模终了时进行的,对制品的冲击较大,模具内推板的复位要在闭模时进行。(2)液压顶出,利用装在摩擦压力机内的小型顶出液压缸和顶出杆来实现制品顶出,顶出力、速度、位置、行程和顶出次数可由液压系统、控制系统进行调节。液压顶出有以下几个优点: 1.顶出的动作时间(动作位置)与摩擦压力机的开、合模行程没有直接关系,能在开模过程中以及开模后顶出制件。 2.顶

4、出力、顶出速度可调,因此,即使是薄壁的产品,也不易使产品变形或损坏,可以顺利地进行脱模。 3.顶杆可以多次反复地进行冲击动作,因此可以使产品可靠地自动掉落。 4.在成型有嵌件的产品时,能够使顶杆在合模之前自行复位,插入嵌件比较方便,液压顶出装置有利于缩短摩擦压力机循环周期和实现自动化生产。关键词:摩擦压力机 滑块 预冲液阀 顶出机构 AbstractAs one of the modern mechanical equipment to achieve an important technical means of power transmission and control, hydraul
