8、 Principles 1、“公平、公正、公开”原则:“优秀员工”依据员工表现、工作成绩等、“优秀团队”依据团队建设、工作成绩等各方面,并“足为楷模”之原则进行考核及评定。The principle of “being fair, square and open to the public”: The “excellent employee” shall be voted and appraised according to the employees performance and achievements, while the “excellent team”, according to
