1、例如,面试官问:“Would you please say something about yourself?”(请你谈谈自己的情况好吗?)应聘者则说:“Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job?”(你想让我谈谈我个人的生活呢,还是与这份工作有关的问题?)这样,谈话就将求职者和招聘方都调动了起来。这种谈话的方式所产生的效果是不言而喻的。毕竟面试是求职者和招聘方互相沟通和互相选择的一次机会。回答问题时要口齿清晰、语调适中。回答内容要有条理、避免重复。介绍工作经历的时间顺序采用倒序

2、,从最近一份工作谈起,着重强调有利于新工作的业务经历,凡和此次应征不相关的内容,应尽量避免提及。下面是一些面试中的注意事项。(1)自我介绍不要面面俱到。自我介绍时首先用一句话陈述自己的基本特征,然后迅速进入正题,选择自己最引以为傲的经历叙述。切记,面试官一般会承接求职者的自我介绍发问,所以在做自我介绍时最好不要涉及特别难讲清楚的事情或者比较抽象的概念。另外,在提交的简历中,已有详细的个人介绍,所以面试中只需突出重点。(2)忌语速过快。剑桥大学的一项调查显示,语速快一般体现不同的人具备的两种不同特质,一种是思维和语言反应能力强且协调的人,另一种是处事急躁的人。英文面试的第一目的是让招聘方了解求职

3、者,最重要的是展示综合素质,绝非单单的语言能力,所以面试中应该首先力求表达清晰。另外,语速过快容易给人不自信、不稳重的感觉。(3)语言尽量简单直接。习惯于堆砌华丽词藻的人期待在面试中用大气磅礴的英文演讲征服面试官,其实犯了舍本逐末的错误。虚拟语气、倒装句和长词冗句不要在面试中使用太多,简单直接的语言才是在英文面试中最管用的。面试中话题应该紧扣以下几个方面来展现自己的优势。 能力。只有把自己的专长讲足说够,然后才能顺理成章地得出结论:I think your unit needs a man like me。(我想,贵单位需要象我这样的人才。)这样,招聘方会认为求职者是站在他们的立场上说话,在替

4、他们的发展考虑问题,于是更容易接受求职者。陈述自己的任职资格时,可以这么开头:Im qualified for the job because(我能胜任这项工作,是因为),接着陈述理由。这样,当招聘方在审视求职者究竟能不能胜任职位时,参照的标准已不再是他心目中的标准,而是求职者列举的理由。 业绩。外企公司面试喜欢用事实说话,求职者可以把过去的经历联系起来,强调自己解决过哪些实际问题,例如:I developed a business software and sold 50,000 sets in one year。(我开发了一套商业软件,一年销售出去5万套。 诚意。某个问题发表完见解之后,可
