11、电气工程项目检查与试验计划一、电力变压器的检查 1、变压器、电抗器到达现场后，应进行器身检查。器身检查要求： 1）周围空气温度不宜低于0，变压器器身温度不宜低于周围空气温度。 2）当空气相对湿度小于75%时，器身暴露在空气中的时间不得超过16H。 3）调压切换装置吊出检查、调整时，暴露在空气中的时间应符合下表的规定：环境温度（）0000空气相对湿度（%）6565757585不控制持续时间不大于（h）2416108 4）器身检查时，场地四周应清洁和有防尘措施；不应在室外进行。 5）运输支撑和器身各部位无移动现象；所有螺栓应紧固，绝缘螺栓应无损坏；绕组绝缘层应完整，无缺损、变位现象；各绕组应排列整

12、齐，间隙均匀，油路无堵塞；绕组的压钉应紧固，防松螺母应锁紧。 6）绝缘围屏绑扎牢固，围屏上所有线圈引出处的封闭应良好；引出线绝缘包扎紧固，无缺损、折弯现象；2、电力变压器试验 1）电力变压器试验项目包括：测量绕组连同套管的直流电阻；检查所有分接头的变压比；检查变压器的三相结线组别和单相变压器引出线的极性；测量绕组连同套管的绝缘电阻、吸收比或极化指数；测量绕组连同套管的介质损耗角正切值tg;测量线圈连同套管直流泄漏电流；线圈连同套管交流耐压试验；测量与铁芯绝缘的紧固件及铁芯接地线引出套管对外壳的绝缘电阻；非纯瓷套管试验；绝缘油试验；有载调压切换装置的检查和试验；冲击合试验；相位检查；噪音的测量。

13、 2）试验标准：依据GB50303-2002建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范。 3）测试计划见附录：3. 变压器送电前的检查： 1）变压器试运行前应做全面检查，确认符合试运行条件时方可投入运行。 2）变压器试运行前，必须由质量监督部门检查合格。 3）变压器试运行前的检查内容： （1）各种交接试验单据齐全，数据符合要求。 （2）变压器应清理、擦拭净，顶盖上无残留杂物，本体及附件无缺损，不渗油。 （3）变压器一、二次引线相位正确，绝缘良好。 （4）接地线良好。 （5）通风设施安装完毕，工作正常；事故排油设施完好；消防设施齐备。 （6）油浸变压器油系统油门应打开，油门指示正确，油位正常。 （7）油浸式变

14、压器的电压切换装置及于式变压器的分接头位置放置正常电压挡位。 （8）保护装置整定值符合设计规定要求；操作及联动试验正常。 （9）于式变压器护栏安装完毕。各种标志挂好，门装锁。4、变压器送电试运行1）变压器第一次投入时，可全压冲击合闸，冲击合闸时一般由高压侧投入。2）变压器第一次受电后，持续时间不应少于10分种，无导常情况。3）变压器应进行35次全压冲击合闸，并无异常情况，励磁涌流不应引起保护装置误动作。4）油浸变压器带电后，检查油系统不应有渗油现象。5）变压器试运行要注意冲击电流、空载电流、一、二次电压、温度，并做好详细记录。6）变压器并列运行前，应核对好相位。7）变压器空载运行24小时，无异

15、常情况，方可投入负荷运行。二、电气电缆检查及测试计划 1、电缆绝缘电阻的测量：测试的数值见表额定电压（KV）13610绝缘电阻值（M）10200400 2、电缆直流耐压试验和直流泄漏试验：直流耐压试验和直流泄漏试验可同时进行，试验时，试验电压可分46段均匀升压，每阶段停留1min，并读取泄漏电流值。然后逐渐降低电压，断开电源。 3、电缆相位检查：电力电缆线路在敷设完毕与电力系统接通之前，必须按照电力系统上的相位标志进行核对检查，电缆线路的两端相位应一致并与电网相位相符合。 4、电缆线路的测试计划见附录；三、电气控制柜检查和测试计划 1、控制柜安装后在通电前应进行下列检查： 1）控制柜（盘）的固定及接地应可靠，柜、盘（屏）应漆层完好、清洁整齐。 2）柜、盘（屏）内所装电气元件应完好，安装位置应正确，固定牢固。 3）所有二次接线应正确，连接可靠，标志齐全、清晰。 4）柜内一次设备的安装质量验收要求应符合GB503032002的规定。 5）操动及联动试验运行正确，符合设计要求。 2、测试计划见附录：四、照明工程检查和测试计划 1、照明系统的测试和通电试运行应按下列程序进行： 1）电线绝缘电阻测试前电线的接续完成； 2）照明箱（盘）、灯具、开关、插座的绝缘电阻测试在就位前或接线前完成； 3）
